I don’t ever think about homeowners insurance. Our even our brokers. But, this year my insurance was going to jump up $5,000/year. Tina Frost contacted me with solutions. She handled every obstacle that came up (and there were a lot) and she saved my husband and me by tirelessly working to find a solution that did not increase our premium this year. Just received the new quote for my home corresponding to the new period next year, for me was so expensive I live at Orlando, Ive talked with the person in charge of my policy, the last thing that she said was: The people that cannot pay insurance should not buy home .She added that in Miami homeowners are until 6 thousands ?? So they wont check my policy.

Left a voicemail on 6/24/2019. No call back. Left second voicemail on 6/25/2019. Policy number and call back number included in voicemails. Now I wait.

Based on the recent letter received (recommending that I increase my insurance cover as I *only* have $300,000 liability, when in fact I have over $1,300,00 cover), the lack of precision in the information and lack of correspondence details on the letter, I am not impressed - impersonal to the nth degree. (No email address, no return address, no name)
