The team at Optimus Installs was fantastic. My neighbor (new build community) literally started installing his playset the same time Optimus began on ours. The set was up and done in less than 3 hours while my poor neighbor didn’t finish until the following day.Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Ive heard nightmare stories about dads putting together swing sets and how they have taken multiple weekends and much frustration. I didnt want that for us so I am so glad that we chose to have the gorilla playset installed by Optimus Installs. Scheduling was super easy and the installer texted me the night before to confirm. They were prompt, pleasant and finished the install in about 4-5 hours. They were even able to flip the playset so the slide was on one side rather than the other since it worked out better in our yard. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, expertise, and reasonably priced. The installers Rui and Omar were here on Sunday and completed the installation in under 6 hours. They arrived on-time and went immediately to work. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention and concern for our desires was impressive. I had a Gorilla play set installed in Michigan yesterday (4-25-19) and I couldnt be any happier with how happy and courteous the two installers were. Their main focus was making sure the play set was going to be safe for my kids and they went over and above to make sure that happened and that we could see the play set well from our house windows and back deck. Thank you very much for outstanding service we are beyond happy with the installation of our play set!!

The Optimus installed our Congo PlayStation #3 here in New Jersey. Rui (installer) was professional, thorough, detailed oriented and came early! This is a big play set and we are so happy with the results and the quick turnaround. My 4 year old twins will not leave the backyard!

Kids should grow up with playsets right? Win win win for everyone. We wanted one with lots of activities to grow with them and to fit in a specific area under specific rules. We did not have enough width for L shaped with slide jotting out, so having the slide go length ways as well was ideal - they have good selection/options.Having Playnation local and 10 mins away from me makes me feel good about this. Florida is rainy, humid and hurricane visited. Got 10 years warranty from manufacturer and 15 years from Playnation.Price was good and got it installed in just over a week after purchase. The install was expertly done. Playset was dug in, leveled, and placed exactly where I wanted it. TJ and Anthony were friendly and payed attention to detail in this install - answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns. They explained any option choices I had beforehand. They confirmed the exact location before sinking one side. I got the extra service of sealing the wood and they sealed the bottom pieces prior to sinking.Good local service and happy kids and parents here!

We were able to arrange installation of our playset in less than two weeks with Optimus. The day before installation our tech Alex called to confirm and arranged a time convenient to our schedule. He showed up exactly when he said he would and worked really efficiently. He was very friendly and made helpful suggestions on location and layout. He did a better job in way less time than we could have ever done ourselves. If you are in the Atlanta area I would highly recommend asking for Alex to do your playset installation.

Optimus installs is a great company the employees are all very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may ask. I called periodically to make sure my install was going well and there was never a problem. The install was perfect and fast the technicians were skilled and you could tell they built sets with ease. I had an excellent experience with Optimus Installs! They helped me with several installations in my dorm room and they were nothing but kind and helpful! They were quick, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with furniture or electronics installations.

The Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They were so unreliable and inconsistent in booking me an install date. They changed my appointment four times.Every time I called to confirm the date I was scheduled for, they had no idea what I was talking about and told me I never had that date Scheduled. This happened four times, I have never been so frustrated with a company before. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I thought that the initial install went well, but now I see, courtesy of hurricane Irma that parts of my set were not installed per the instructions, i.e. chimney and its mounting block, which caused the chimney to come flying off the set during the storm. Had numerous follow-up issues with getting these folks to call back similar to experiences posted by others, weeks and weeks would go by after promising a call back in a couple days. It also became clear that some pieces were missed when the sealant was applied ($325) since a couple select pieces became mildewed within a few months, while no other pieces displayed mildew. The improperly installed chimney is the last straw with these folks so ... they get my review. When I order the parts (from Gorilla) to reinstall the chimney I plan to talk with them about recommending this organization as installers.Fast forward a few years, as of today Optimus is making themselves available to assist with maintaining my play set. They have been consistently responsive and their help and guidance in ensuring the play set is safe and usable has been reliable and genuinely value added. They are winning me back over as a satisfied customer.

Excellent service. I called this week and asked for a weekend appointment since I was working. The guys came out and mounted my new 55 tv. They placed tape underneath where they drilled and when they removed it there was no dust or debris at all. They were in and out and I couldnt have asked for better service.

They are really nice and very professional. Hey arrived on time and worked efficiently. Really pleased with the work that was done and definitely recommend them.

Optimus did a great job putting together my dorm furniture. They scheduled my appointment quickly, were on time and cleaned up once they were finished.

Absolutely worst experience and do NOT recommend this company. We ordered a play set from a different company, who then hired this company to come and install it. We paid $675 for install and we were rescheduled multiple times, once at the last minute, wasnt called ahead when the did actually did show up so I wasnt home, and given total run around with excuses like it was raining when it was not or that they didnt call because they had no cell phone coverage. My husband and I decided to cancel their installation and request a refund and set it up ourselves. Very frustrating and unbelievable the lack of customer service.

UPDATE 9.11.18I spoke with the owner of the company. He called me to apologize for the unprofessional behavior of the techs. He was understanding and agreed that the techswerewrong, and didnt defend them in any way. The short version is that we ordered a swingset from Gorilla, who contracted the installation out to Optimus Installs. The set arrived with no issues two weeks before my daughters birthday. I contacted Optimus and scheduled an installation date for the following Saturday, which was their earliest availability. Due to rain, Optimus canceled, which was completely understandable. I called again to reschedule, and they said they would have to check with the technicians and would get back to me. They did not get back to me, so I called again. This time, they said that they would not be able to install it until the next Saturday. I asked if there was any earlier date, since my daughters birthday was Saturday. They said that they could not schedule anything earlier because it was forecasted to rain on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. It wasnt. I told them this. They said sorry, but they didnt want to reschedule. I then asked if we could just push it out to the next day, since Id rather not have the installation happening during her party. That brought us to Wednesday.I was already a little frustrated that it had taken over two weeks to find a date; the weather was a legitimate reason the first time, but it simply did not rain during the three days that they refused to schedule (Wed-Fri). So, Wednesday rolls around. By this point, the swingset has been sitting on a pallet in my driveway for over 2 weeks in the rain, and the boxes are pretty soggy. The technicians arrived around 8:30 (within the 7-11 window). Unfortunately, I had to run a quick errand. I asked the technicians if they needed anything before I left. They said they were all set. I showed them where to install the swingset and told them Id be back shortly. Again, they said they were all set.When I got back about 30 minutes later, they technicians were gone. No phone call. No explanation. Nothing. I thought maybe they ran to the store or went to grab some food. No. They left. About 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from the Optimus Installs office saying that the entrance my yard was blocked by a pallet, and the technicians could not get inside. I looked to see what she was talking about, and, to be fair, I did have a pallet of building supplies near my fence, but nothing so insurmountable that a regular person couldnt simply walk around. I told her as much, but she assured me that the technicians took a picture and sent it to her. I tried again to explain that it was just a pallet of wood that could be walked around or even stepped over, not some impregnable fortress. She told me that she would call me back to reschedule, which she did not do.For the record, it took me about five minutes to carry the swingset boxes around the pallet and into the yard. It wasnt hard. At all. In fact, Id be embarrassed to use that as an excuse, and I definitely dont trust the work ethic or problem solving skills of such a person to build a swingset that my baby girls will play on.The other thing that gets me about this whole situation is that the techs actually came out and then left. I cant imagine wasting that amount of driving time to just turn away from a job.This has been a ridiculous experience riddled with poor service and incompetence. I certainly hope that the situation gets resolved very soon.I will edit this review once it is resolved.In the meantime, save the time, headache, and money, and hire someone else to install your stuff. Or do it yourself.

Optimus did an amazing job putting together my new bedroom set, the service was excellent.

Generally speaking, I only do positive reviews. Life is tough enough already without people talking bad about you, but in this case it is warranted. I purchased a new swingset that i contracted optimus to install. The assembly was done very professionally with a mention to call if there was any problem. I paid extra to have the swingset seal coated which, as I observed it being done, was applied very thinly. Within 4 to 5 months of seldom usage, the wood stain began rubbing off onto clothing and shoes. I contacted optimus at about 7 months after installation to inform them of the problem. Three weeks past without the promised callback. Upon my recall, they are saying that the sealant only lasts like 7 to 8 months and I would have to pay again for it to be resealed. Ive personally sealed a similar swingset with Thompsons Wood Sealant and that lasted over 2 years. They acted like they stood behind their work when performed, but apparently that is not the case. I understand that it is a huge operating expense to stand behind your work, so make it clear in the beginning that it is your not intent to take care of problems. I do not recommend anyone unless they stand behind their word, so judge for yourself.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. Called after delivery of our playground. Took 3 days (and 2 different technicians) to finally get an installation date (which wasnt until after 2 weeks from the delivery date, even though we were told installation would be within 3-5 days of delivery). The scheduled day of installation came...and our installation technician was a no-show. Phone calls have not been returned. Multiple excuses have been given! Even spoke with the owner, who never called back with a resolution! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you DO NOT rely on this company for any services!

After three weeks of waiting for an install we finally gave up and hired another vendor. Poor communication and excuse after excuse. First it was the weather, then it was a family emergency, then it was just no return calls at all. Would not recommend this company for your playset install.
