Appointments mean something, its not just show up and wait. I showed up 10 minutes early and by my appointment time my truck was in the shop. They also use OEM glass, my new glass has the Ford emblem. My truck was done in about 35 minutes. Very professional and courteous staff. Very good experience

The people at On Time Auto Glass were great. They were friendly and helpful and very easy to do business with. Our windshield repair was done in about half a day. Hopefully we wont have another cracked windshield, but if we do, we would choose On Time Auto Glass again.

Really awesome place and fast and friendly...I paid $200 to put a brand new windshield in my 2004 Ford F250 and it took them less than 30 minutes. I recommend then to everyone.

They are quick and will order the glass if they dont have in stock cheaper than the deductible and they can repair small chips on the spot

Stopped in with a really terrible rock chip and was repaired and gone in 15 minutes. The staff was very courteous and got the job done.

They had a windshield for an 18 year old S-10.I was In and out in 40 minutes (if it had taken much longer, thier out of order restroom might have been a problem).The rear view mirror and registration sticker were re-attached.This cost only about $200.

Let me just start by saying this glass company is definitely the best in East Texas. When I called they answered the phone immediately and provided an estimate in under two minutes. They were priced well under Safelight and other local glass companies in Longview. With adding the window tint and replacing the back window it was over $100 cheaper than any other shop. The service technician replaced the window at my apartment and was extremely professional and polite. Should I need another window replaced I will definitely be using On Time Auto Glass!

Honestly an absolutely amazing experience. I have never experienced such a level of respect and courteousness from an auto repair facility. Everyone at the shop was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Dont bother with any other shop take it to these guys my windshield looks better than ever and I feel really glad about paying them for their work.

Professional, courteous staff. Ive used the same windshield service for years. They finally out priced themselves and Im glad. I searched for a new place. These guys told me I could get a new windshield that day, and they did! Their facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is most accommodating, very well tuned to the customers need. To illustrate I mistakenly gave them the wrong information about my car. They noticed when they walked outside that I told them the wrong year. Driving from Mississippi to Longview, TX to visit grandkids when rock hit windshield. Bummer!! Big chip which had already starred & I didn’t think could be repaired. Found On Time online which took my car without appointment and within 15 minutes had repair completed. Folks at On Time were very friendly, courteous and professional. Price was fair and considering severity of chip I was surprised that repair was almost invisible. Very good experience. Completely satisfied with On Time.

Do NOT take your vehicle there for window tinting. I took mine there and the tint was full of trash and had several spots that they didnt smooth out properly. While they didnt charge me for this horrible job, it was a complete waste of an hour and a half of my time.

On one of my road trips from Longview to Florida, a rock cracked my windshield. Being new to Longview I didn’t know where to go so I called Tower Honda and they told me that they use On Time Auto Glass. From the moment I made contact with Anna, it was nothing but 5 star service! They got me in the next day and within an hour they had replaced my windshield. Should this happen again, I will absolutely use them again and I would recommend this shop to everyone I know.

They did a great job on re-sealing a job that had been done from another glass installer. PLUS they are open for 1/2 day on Saturday (the competitors arent) and the offer mobile services.

These people messed up more than they fixed. Took the car in for a job they assured me they could do with no problem. After several weeks, and taking the car back and forth, the door does not lock. The check engine light is on and there is an outward dent in the door from hammering inside out. I would give them one- half a star if I could

The price is right, the work is good, but when I asked if you vacuumed the area worked in, I expect it to be clean of glass, not asking for a detailed job, but vacuumed, I had to pick my son after the window was replaced and low and behold the first thing my 5yr old son came across is glass. I take blame for not checking it myself...but come on Ontime auto glass, you have a responsibility to the customer also.

Windshield fixed but a dent was in my car next to the windshield that wasnt there before. I checked my car for dents from the tree that fell on the windshield and there was nothing there, but when I saw my car after the windshield repair, the first thing I noticed was the dent that wasnt there before. He argued that it was already there, but Im positive that it wasnt.

Called for a quote on Tuesday and was told they would come to me for one price. Called Friday to set an appointment and was quoted another price for 20.00 more than original quote when I mentioned the 10.00 coupon that is on their website. I questioned this and was handed off to someone else and they said no they would be here Friday afternoon for the original quoted price.... Well guess what... No call No show.. I guess I will take my business and companys business elsewhere.

Ontime Auto Glass has a Exceptional Friendly Staff, They care about your problem and helping resolve it. My Window Switch went out which caused my windows to stop working one by one, which is very annoying. I ordered the part from Nissan who was going to charge 227 for installation, after just paying 318.00 for the switch. I took my truck back up to Ontime like he told me within 5 minutes all my windows were working again. I was beyond Pleased at the Friendly Service Plus They didnt even charge me for fixing my windows. I Highly recommend this company With Very High Happiness.. Thank You Ontime

I had a fairly large rock chip my brand new cars windshield. Talk about a bummer. I called Gorman McCracken, and they told me they used Ontime Auto Glass and to take it up there. Well this morning I did and they repaired my chip...FOR FREE! Its a really bad chip so they couldnt guarantee the job, but it looks so much better. If it turns out I do need a windshield replacement, I will be using Ontime!

We got a windshield replaced for less than $200 and it took about 15 minutes. They were very nice and took the time to look a few other things up for me even though they were getting ready to close for the day.
