Sept, 2021 Update - still really like this store but online customer service is really bad. Spent $1500 on a gazebo + $500 delivery. Received an email about a week ago that said they tried to call (no record in my phone) and couldnt reach me so they scheduled the delivery for 9/3/21. On 9/2/21, I received another email saying they would deliver between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on the 3rd. I took off work and the delivery company did not call or show. The next day, I looked out at 11:15 am and the boxes had been thrown under the front carport - heavy boxes on top of light boxes (pics attached). After taking off work and a tragic delivery costing an additional $500, Sams Club wants to make a note of it. On top of everything, there are several forklift cuts in the heavier boxes. If the product is damaged, I will be more than happy to return it. Reduced rating by 2 stars.Old review - I like the pepperoni pizza too much. Unfortunately, when shopping, I always find more than I need. They have nearly everything; most of the time, more than I need.

Bakery labeled birthday cake as white cake with white icing but was in fact chocolate. Way to ruin a party. Talked to the bakery manager, but got no offer to replace it or refund. I will not buy anything from bakery again. Thanks for nothing

Great store. Scan & go checkout was so convenient. Only complaint, quite a few items were out of stock.

I must disclose that Sams is my favorite chain store. I especially appreciate the environment. The whole establishment operates on value in the money.A few tips will help a person make the most out of the experience.First, dont be cheap on buying a membership. One might be tempted to just spend $45 for the annual fee to get in the door; however, I did that my first time and regretted not forking over the $100 for the upgraded membership from day one. Keep in mind that a Sams Club membership pays off over time.Second, be prepared to intelligently comparison shop for items one consumes regularly: soft drinks, coffee, toilet paper, disposable plates, paper towels, etc. We generally try to buy two of a staple item, and then replace one when the second one is opened. This practice seems to increase stability while decreasing stress in our home. On this point, a little cost-volume-profit analysis will go an immense distance in earning savings.Third, be cognizant that shopping bags are no provided free of charge because cutting out the cost of shopping bags is part of the savings passed along to the purchaser.After one completes the transaction, keep the receipt handy because the employee at the door will need to scan it on the way out.

I payed for a popular item online in case they sold out again. It was my first time using pick up service. I went inside & browsed before asking how to go about picking it up. After staff kindly directed me to the correct department I approached an associate who was already busy loading orders. This young man. (I think his name tag said Brian) was exemplary. He continued to work while giving me my options. Then got me set up after finding out what I needed. Great employee with customer service!

Talk about a burrito! The Carne Guisado Breakfast Burrito is yummy! Believe me you only need ONE... Dont even think about ordering two 👀😂🤣 One is ginormous! I cut it in half .. Breakfast now 😋 Breakfast tomorrow... The employees have been all wonderful. Try ALL the salsas until you find your fave... Plenty of serve yourself chips & salsa. Enjoy 😊

Cash register people working, nice lady to boot.Found all I needed, decent prices....My Sams credit card would not work at the gas pumps....tried 5 times....ugh. Probably me.

OMG!!! The food court here... I could live here! Their pizzas 🍕 are second to none! The sundaes w/4 berries or their new one w/brownie bits and caramel... fantastic!!! But to be honest, they ran out of the brownies before I got there. Ill let you know how that is next time. And Im not a brownies fan either. Of course you have a good choice of sodas from 2 fountain machines. Its been years since having one of their hot dogs but from what I remember, theyre grrrreeaaattt!!! I wish you could taste these foods. Youd be at a Sams Club EVERY DAY!!! Kid you not!!! This is not fan food, its great food!!! And NOBODY can beat their prices!!! I dare you to try!

Im very curious why the guy loading our groceries asked my husband to show his drivers license. We didnt order any beer or anything that our age wouldve been questioned and the order was in my name so it completely baffles me.

Overall store is good, prices are good, just had to wait a while for some chicken .

Ran into Sams to just grab a couple of items. Paid on the APP so I didnt have to wait in line to check out. Get up to the front and there is LITERALLY a line from the front doors to the Pharmacy of people just trying to GET OUT!! This is ridiculous. If you are so concerned with theft, hire MORE cashiers, remove the option of self check out and APP check out so an employee does all the ringing up. ORRRRR send a couple of extra people to the door for double checking carts and receipts during the busier times of the day!!!

Made an appointment to get a flat tire fixed a month ago, it took about 1 1/2 hours to get it fixed. They were kind of busy so when I had to have another flat fixed today I tried them one more time. Was told it would take about a hour even though I was the only one there. Wow!! it only took 2 1/2 hours. What great service. I will NEVER buy tires from Sams again.

Longview sams club manager over personal shoppers set up an interview with my wife for a job. Instead of setting it up right, they set up an interview in Canada. We call the support number and after an hour finally get the interview set up in the right area. She goes to said interview and the manager said to look for an orientation email by the end of the day, after promising her she had the job, they decided not to go forward. The laziness and the incompetent nature of the manager makes us salty, knowing that someone who doesnt care about their job is in charge.

I was at the Sams store in Longview on 08/31/2021 trying to order a pizza. The cashier walked away from the counter & left me standing there without saying a single word. She then took a break. She couldve a least told me someone would assist me in a minute. She appeared to be upset with one of her coworkers.

Ive tried calling three times, All three times no answer!! It rang over six times each call!! Trying to find out if someone is charging something on my account!!!! Inadequate, unacceptable!!!

Clean location.They had paper towels & toilet paper stocked today and I was able to finally take them off of my list of needs! Friendly staff.I love that I can grab all the things I need AND fill up my gas tank in one convenient location.If you don’t already utilize the Sam’s Club app on your smart phone, I HIGHLY recommend it — the Scan & Go is amazing. I can be in and out of the store, after picking up a pretty lengthy list of items, in a very expedient manner.While it’s convenient for me, working right down the road, I really wish it was in a less congested location. 4th Street is a logistical nightmare, especially at peak times.

They dont even carry their own brand of toilet paper and paper towels. And its a burden when they ask to see your card when you walk in the door. Its not like they even look at it anyway. You cant check out without the card. You can not get ANY help from the staff when you actually see someone. And I paid for the top membership that they available. They need to start stocking their stores! That would make all of the other trouble obsolete

Nearly everyone knows of Sams club and what they do. They have large quantities of nearly everything you need for the house and business. Grocery items of all kinds. Wide selection of produce, frozen items, can goods and meat items. I have had no issues with their meat or chicken. Their Members Mark items are of good quality. Need a membership to get the best prices. They have gasoline also.

As always, Sams Club was well stocked. Took advantage of both in store and online shopping and all items were available required. Employees were extremely professional and courteous as we fulfilled our shopping needs.

Standard operation. Looking forward to cafeteria seats returning in food court.Need at least 1 local IPA beer.Checkout and receipt checks were both backed up at 2:00 PM. Thank goodness for Scan and Go option but still had to go through receipt check bottleneck.

Considering the ongoing pandemic, Sam’s is doing a remarkable job. Contrary to earlier this year, all customers wear masks and social distancing aides are everywhere inside the store. While some paper products are difficult to get, it appears that management does everything they can to provide fair supplies and equal distribution. And if you’re not yet using their scan-and-go app option, you’re missing out and wasting your time standing in line!!!

Sams has many items we use on a daily basis,lots of snacks for kiddos and household items in bulk.it was extremely crowded tho and not stocked very well.lots of shelves were empty.employees were friendly and helpful when the card reader wouldnt read my card.i would definitely say the membership is worth it.

Too many things out of stock. I haven’t been able to buy Cod fillets at either Tyler or Longview stores since September last year.

It was good. Basically a store that has bundles of things that you need for your house, such as food. Because of you have hungry kids and a husband that loves to eat, Sams is the place to go. Well while well stocked, the toilet paper purchase was still limited to 1. This was my 1st visit here since Jan 2020 as I refused to stand in line outside. No line this morning. The checker was a very pleasant young lady.

Makes shopping easy and I love the convenience After working a 14 hour nursing shift getting my groceries and essentials brought out to the car by friendly staff is great! I love the fresh fruit and vegetables. I know Ill always get quality service and needed items with comfort and convenience.

The lines were that long and I had a great cashier. But being limited to the quantity of things I can buy defeats the purpose of buying in bulk, doesnt it?! I have 2 stores to buy for so I have to split the toilet paper and paper towels! So instead I had to go to Walmart...and...UGH on that!

Love how well the shelves were stocked up. Had to go to seevice desk and found staff very friendly and helpful. My only issues were trying to maneuver through the new arrangement of aisles and that some customers were not wearing masks.

If it had been my first time shopping in Sams today I probably wouldnt ever go back, many employees there were very rude, the guy in automotive act like we were a bother he disappeared and never came back we were trying to buy a battery, the guy named Ernest in the automotive department finally helped us very nice and polite he deserves an employee award

This was a very well maintained location. It was right in the hotspot for shopping and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

They never have what I come for. Dont blame the pandemic when its been nine months and you still cant get it right. Everyone else has. Its a complete waste of money in the membership and the gas to drive there. Save your money and go to Costco in the metroplex.

Bought a 4pack of their Panoptx face shields for $4.99. All 4 were glazed over so bad that they were virtually useless. Dont waste your money!

Attention JAY:We bought our tires at Sams. I needed a tire replaced and they had to order it. I was in on Thursday and finally my tire came in the next Wednesday. Then was told they could not mount it! I went in to buy the tire (road hazard is a plus) to take somewhere else to get it mounted. Cary was working as hard as he could. He had several customers and work waiting on him out in the bays. He was very courteous to everyone and kept his cool. He had one helper who also was doing everything he could to help customers. Cary was very kind and said they could mount the tire if I could wait but it would be a long wait because they were shorthanded. Shame on Sams for putting your employees in that kind of bind! I waited 2 1/2 hours walking around the store because there was no place to sit! Cary did get the tire mounted and even put my spare back in it’s place. He deserves a lot of credit for keeping your tire department going under very stressful conditions! Kudos to Cary! Employee of the year!!!

Everyone is so helpful and always has a smile on their face. They truly enjoy their job. The store is always clean.

Poor customer service towards my elderly mother from the door woman. Train your staff! One person makes a difference in overall experience. Not my fault or my mother’s you are a door woman. Funny how people never disrespect my mother when I’m around.

I like that this allows me to use my scan and go app. Hot springs arkansas does not. They have a good variety of fresh produce at the best prices.
