They came to clear limbs near power lines for SWEPCO and butchered my tree by cutting the entire side of the tree off. All limbs all the way down the trunk of the tree. That left the trees weight distribution uneven and today the tree fell on my home. Asplundh is by far the worst tree service around. When I asked the workers why they cut so much off, nobody had an answer because none of the workers knew English. They just shrugged and laughed. As far as quality they are the absolute worst. As for professionalism, that is non-existent with Asplundh. Their “service” is the reason my tree eventually fell on my home. They killed the tree.

Came on my property and cleared a right of way for SWEPCO. left everything laying on the ground which was neglect on 10 year neglect on SWEPCOs part. I called them and they said they couldnt get a truck in there to clean up yet SWEPCO was able to get there pole trucks in there. they had already been paid and had no desire to come back.
