Crappy customer service!At Last! doing a review on this place! going to get this out of the way.Mind you I had an old TV and it was approximately 20 years old. I couldnt afford a new TV so I took it in to this specific business. This was several years ago but I did not appreciate the customer service nor the quote that I received.The TV sat there for many weeks, yet no one bothered or had the decency to call with any status.They seem to be, lke most businesses.... selective about whom they wish to provide excellent customer service and whom they choose not to provide good general customer service.I never received a phone call. I popped in on them 2 pick up the TV. I was quoted $300 for a apart that needed to be replaced! Never again & do not recommend. Youre better off just buying a replacement for a reasonable price then having anyting repaired by this Outlet!

I love that it is a small mom and pop kind of shop. this was a warranty repair (walmart warranty) and i was very happy with the service i received. only delay was a back order on parts (2 days and they gave me the tracking number) and they came out the same day the part was delivered. Would recommend for repairs.

This company is the third party contractor to repair appliances under the Home Depot protection plan for the Longview and surrounding areas. DO NOT GET A PROTECTION PLAN FROM HOME DEPOT if you live in these areas. I have tried for 6 weeks to get the washer fixed. They schedule an appointment and do a no show with no phone call. Happened several times. Time lost not to speak of the frustration. I try to call, sometimes leave a message and other times the message box is full. No return calls. I was told by Home Depot that there are no other options for repair. If I could give them a zero I would. This is not how to treat the customer.

Tech where great. very happy i was referred to them by the home depot warranty service, i did have to wait for back order part. i understand that that happens and they were quick to come out as soon as part came in, next morning actually. its wonderful to have a local business take care of their customers in such a fast and professional manner. i would highly recommend them to family and friends or anyone i hear of needing assistance on appliances. they also work on tvs ( i havent had to use them on that side yet but will if the need comes up)

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! This company is a joke. I was forced to go through them because this is who Home Depot uses for their protection plan. My case it was my broken washing machine. They do not confirm apt times/ NO CALL BACKS/ NO COMMUNICATION!!! The tech showed up thinking he had the wrong parts, after he left without even looking at our washer my boyfriend opened the box and it was the exact parts we needed. My boyfriend just did it himself. then he found another broken part while he was in there. I called the protection plan to make another claim. I FINALLY after calling almost 15 times get an answer from DTTV and informed them what happened. lady informs me i dont need to make another claim they can take care of it. WELL IF YOU ANSWERED THE PHONE OR RETURNED CALLS THEN I WOULD KNOW THAT. Dont use this company. Its insane theyre still in business. Only reason anything got fixed for me is because i kept calling 100x and thank god my boyfriend can fix anything other wise we would have been out of a washer for almost 3 weeks waiting for the tech. zero stars if i could.

This buisness has had our t.v. for 4 months now. They never check up on customers. They never called us even though they said they would. we always had to call them Defective parts 1st excuse. 2nd. Wrong parts sent. 3rd issue t.v. wont turn on now were waiting again for who knows what. Unproffessional and a total nightmare. We Should of taken it to vancouver. Theres literally 8 giant tvs on the floor up against other tvs all in the foyer dusty and dirty. PIf you wanna wait forever and be overcharged and angry and ignored then this place is perfect. The lady thats in there is a waste of space.

Part was ordered no phone calls no return emails to schedule an appointment. This companies used by home depot as their extended warranty service company. They tried calling received no phone call in return they emailed no email response I left messages to nothing.

Horrible. No return phone calls. They hang up on you when you call. Basically they take your money and then ignore you. Went to the shop with open sign on, and door locked. Took 4 weeks for them to do nothing but give me a run around. Got my tv back and part of my money. Will never reccomend to anyone! Horrible company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have never in my life dealt with such a joke of a company, they do not answer phones or return messages!! Ive been waiting for my machine to get fixed for 2 months and they supposedly ordered the part but then I find out they never have!!

I dont usually tell the world to never use a particular company. But please never use DTTV and Appliance in Longview, WA. They are the contracted repair technicians that Home Depot is using to repair our washing machine. Its been broken for a month. The technician was out at our house on the 9th of September he told us that our washer needed a new part and that it would be here in 7 to 10 days.. Any communication to DTTV has been on our end wondering where our part was and when the technician would be returning again. We caught them in a lie when we talked to the guarantee insurance company this weekend and found out that the part wasnt even ordered until September 30th. That is three weeks after the technician was at our house. We were told on the 21st that the wrong part has been ordered. No such thing. They didnt even place a single order until the 30th. The receptionist is unprofessional to say the least. Once she finally answered her phone today (after my husband having to call three times a day last week). She told me that she was frustrated that my husband AND I were both calling her. And that there was nothing she could do about a wrong part being delivered. I reassured her that there was ABSOLUTELY something she could do. She could call her customer and act as if the customer had some value whatsoever. I told her that as a family of six being without a washing machine for a month has been a major inconvenience and that I honestly dont believe the company cares one iota about any inconvenience to us since the only communicating that has been done has been at our end and at our persistence. She told me that the part would be in on Wednesday and a technician will be at our house at 9am on Thursday. We shall see if they make good on their word.
