I bought my vacuum cleaner there nearly 20 yrs ago. Any time i had small problems my vacuum was serviced for free or very reasonable price. I was just looking up their store hours (so I could buy bags) & notice a 1 star review that seems ridiculous. I have an old vacuum from 30 years ago that I still use outside to clean my car that I bought elsewhere. I could not find the bags anywhere and Longview Vacuum helped me find bags for an old Eureka Mighty Might! Sometimes purchasing a quality product that lasts decades is better than purchasing throw away types of vacuums and other equipment. I could not find bags at Target or Walmart and I found the selection at this store to be excellent. Maybe the 1 star review author was just having a bad day and had nothing better to do the take it out on this well run establishment. I find their service to always be more than helpful & I agree with the owners response that Walmart should & most likely sells the bags to their vacuums but you wont find a service department there.
The owners of this stor have treated me with respect everytime Ive been in as well as had the products ive needed.
Why have a store called vacuums and more if you dont carry belts for all vacuums?
