Most horrible experience I have ever encountered. Sent someone to my house to adjust my satellite after new roof installed. Ladder wasn’t tall enough, technician came back the next day with same ladder and never attempted to make adjustment and charged me $154.75 for nothing. Total rip off they gave me bogus phone # for their supervisor. Worst service ever. Kept saying they couldn’t get on roof per their company policy, however they certainly got up there when they installed it 12 years ago!

Wouldnt be a bad job if they didnt threaten your job with the main focus of selling nore than the technician aspect!

Every company is a mixed bag, but the local teamwork on the technician side and FSMs is great
