Excellent hotel. This is our first time to Longview and we were unsure what to expect. The check in was pleasant. Our king room was very clean, including the bathroom and sofa area. We went to the outdoor pool which was a big plus. The pool was larger than manyof the indoor courtyard pools and had a large deck to sit. Since it is on the east side, it was warm in the mornings and water was comfortable.We had a weekend stay, so they were not serving breakfast. But there are a number of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. There are Targets, Wal Marts and other shopping options nearby. Not the magnificent mile in Chicago but you’ll be able to find what you need.We were able to get a late checkout without a problem with our Bonvoy status. The hotel was not crowded so I hope your stay is as pleasant.We will return again when we pass through Longview

I booked here because this was one of the higher rated hotels in Longview. The surrounding area was quiet and close to shopping/eating. I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed my stay and wish it could have been longer. The room was spacious, clean and the drain in the tub worked properly. I know that’s weird, but so many hotels have drains that don’t work. The hotel has a bar that opens in the evening. We considered going for drinks, but passed by and the atmosphere seemed boring. Although the nightly rate for a 2 Queens Suite was a bit pricey for the Courtyard brand, I’d definitely pay to stay here again.

Hands down, this is nicest hotel we’ve stayed in for this price. Super clean and new-feeling, and friendly employees. Kid-friendly. The area of town was great, we felt very safe coming and going. Very well-lit parking lot! Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Zero complaints here. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice setting, I am a Local Realtor and recommend this location to my clients and I was able to join them in the lobby for a few hours to discuss there search needs. The front desk attendant was very helpful and did not mind us being in the lobby and even asked if we needed anything several times while we were there. Highly recommended!

The A/C unit in my room did not work. After calling the front desk and going through a few steps to make the A/C to work. It failed.Went to the front desk and they would not give me a refund. They offered me a fan. It is hotter in my room then outside. This is unacceptable.

The place was very clean and updated, the room was a good size with a nice desk work area and a fridge. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. About the only drawback is the rooms are loud - you can hear the TV, etc. in the room next to you.

We had a great time, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable after a horrible experience at another hotel. Shauna and Michelle were very helpful in showing us the amenities that the hotel offered and went above being nice. The room was extremely clean and had lots of amenities. We stayed up late outside on patio and they were very nice about letting us be out there, it was even worth not having a free breakfast. Thank you for everything!

We stayed here while evacuating from Hurricane Delta. We are Marriott Reward members and always stay in a Marriott property. This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and even though the hotel was full, we never heard a sound. Excellent place to stay!

While youre staying at Courtyard Longview order your next meal off your Uber Eats app on your phone and I guarantee I will deliver your food the exact way I would want my own food delivered.

My wife and I attended a marriage retreat organized by our church. I had driven by the hotel many times but had never been inside. We ambled through the lobby and joined our group in one of of the rooms on the ground floor. The staff was very courteous and cheerful, while the decor and layout seemed upscale and elegant. We did not spend the night in the hotel so I cannot say how the rooms were decorated but I imagine they would be as tasteful as the lobby area. The hotel was a wise choice for our event and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience.

Highly recommend this place and will stay again when coming back through in 3 weeks. Loved the Gym, it had free wights, leg machine and cable pull down, I’m a powerlifter so this was a major plus for me.

During my recent stay, I had the most distasteful, unpleasant customer service experience and engagement with front desk staff. I felt completely disrespected and personally attacked. As a person of color, I just wonder if a non-black female would have experienced the same treatment. My experience with the hotel has been positive until this recent stay. This is the first time I have felt undervalued and disrespected as a customer in the hospitality sector. I dont typically write negative views (especially once addressed face-to-face); the experience has to be abhorrent. And that was exactly this experience. The issue here is about treating people with the upmost dignity and respect. No amount of comfort can take the place of this value.

This was a new hotel but it had all the possible new problems worked out. Good free parking and in a great area with plenty of eating spots and places for the Mrs. to go shopping. Hotel was very well designed. Great staff working, who acted like they were happy to be working at this hotel. Very helpful staff. Good size room big TV with great channel selections. Excellent bath with shower. The stay was very enjoyable and the hotel was very comfortable..............and Classy.

Amazing, rooms are superb, the decorator needs 5 stars them selfs the work out area is great like a mini gym for for about 10 or more, pool is great especially in thos Texas heat, the staff are very friendly respectful and are there to help anyway you ask them to.

What a great hotel. This location is new and it’s pretty nice. The staff are helpful, I had one hold open a side door as my hands were full with luggage and dinner. The front deck receptionist was super! She made the check in process quick. I also liked they carried naked juice at the breakfast ordering area, thanks. The gym was AWESOME! I like the size of it and the amount of equipment varied. There was also a space in the far end where there is a hard floor surface for doing more balance exercises. Really enjoyed my stay.

I stay here on a regular basis while visiting family. The staff is amazing. Professional, friendly, highly service-oriented. During my last say the power went out all over town (rare). They offered flashlights, offered as much assistance as they could, even brought a lantern over to us (we were in the lobby). Definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay if youre headed to Longview.

This has a modern look with all the comforts of home. Perfect location close to all our plans and very comfortable room. Upbeat atmosphere in the bistro yet quiet and restful in room. One issue with our room but staff was prompt and professional. Well be staying here on our next trip.

Great location, 7 miles off I-20. Hotel common areas and rooms were very clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Nice pool and patio area. My husband enjoyed a drink at the bar before heading to dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the gym. The gym is spacious and the Matrix equipment was fantastic! They had all of the equipment you need for a great workout!!! Customer service was top notch. We highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard Longview North during our family reunion. The hotel is new, clean and staff very accommodating. Unfortunately within an hour of getting into our suite the toilet clogged. Not a big deal because hotel management fixed it within hours while we were gone. The beds are very comfortable and linens are fresh and new. My husband used the gym everyday and says the equipment was new and the gym was clean and nice. AC worked great in both the room and gym. The only real complaint I have about the hotel is the plumbing (not related to the clogging of our toilet) it would seem that the pipes ran through the wall behind the headboard of our bed and when our neighbor up above turned on their shower we could hear the water running down through the walls, very odd. Fortunately they took their showers in the morning and we were already up and getting ready to leave for our reunion each day but if we were late sleepers this would of been a much bigger problem for us. Having said all of this my husband and I would stay at this hotel again. Its in a great location and it is VERY clean and nice. We would probably request the top floor the next time we are in town.

Our experience was wonderful! Every staff member we encountered was great and friendly. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The water pressure was better than at most hotels. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Longview.

The hotel was adequate and staff was friendly. However, the pillow selection didnt have anything comfortable because they were all too full of air and not enough substance. I prefer to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because they have usually 5 pillows on the bed all of different thicknesses and I can find one that will let me sleep without pain.

We stayed at the Longview Courtyard while we were in Texas for a family reunion. We were absolutely delighted with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. It is new and very modern. Convenient location for me to visit my elderly parents at Arabella Assisted Living facility. I was able to take them by wheel chair from their facility to the Courtyard bistro for dinner using the sidewalks and pedestrian ramps. That was huge for me because it is almost impossible to transport them both by car, loading up their wheelchairs. They were treated like royalty by the Courtyard staff and they had a fun time there. (They are 97 and 98 years old.)

I am a Marriott Rewards member and we stay only in Marriott Hotels. As we have family in Longview the only hotel we used to stay was Fairfield Inn. We liked it but this time we decided to try Courtyard as I knew it is a little higher category hotel. We stayed one night and loved it! It has modern design and decorated absolutely tasteful. Our room was very nice, inviting and cozy. We liked everything...bedding, shower, little sofa to rest your legs.The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. In the evening we enjoyed of a couple of mixed drinks at beautiful bar of the hotel which bartender made for us with love and personal touch. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast at the Bistro of the hotel. The food was fantastic and served fast. Our short staying at Courtyard was very enjoyable and we definitely stay there again in our next visit.

This Courtyard is the best that my wife and I have stayed in the USA! The hotel is nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The food was good quality and delicious. The fitness center was wonderful and just what we needed when traveling for 2 plus weeks.

Shower didnt work. Had to shower in room down the hall. Staffperson was very nice but no discount or refund was offered so what I paid for was not delivered.

The hotel is physically in a great location. The property itself is very current and lovely outdoor areas and lobby space are fabulous gathering spots for friends and family. Having food and and a bar for a leisurely visit was wonderful. The rooms are clean, efficiently designed and aesthetically attractive. An overall 10!

This is one of the nicer courtyards Ive stayed in. I stay in hotels 48 weeks a year. What made it great was the staff! They were obviously well trained and motivated and always had a smile on their face and were eager to help. Haley and Megan at the breakfast bar were particularly awesome. The last thing you want to see at 6:30AM is a frown. They were cheerful and very attentive to the guests. In my opinion the staff is what makes or breaks any business and this hotel has done a great job of training and motivating their employees and it showed.

The room was nice but all of us including my 1 year old daughter, husband and myself (which I am 25 weeks pregnant) got food poisoning from eating breakfast yesterday morning. We are just now feeling somewhat okay. And able to try to eat.

The hotel is located near restaurants and shopping. My family and I actually watched this hotel be built and was excited to stay there for the first time. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was great. The rooms were great. The food was exceptionally great. We enjoyed our experience from check in to check out.

Normally love Marriott hotels, but my neighbors were blasting their music at 1 in the morning. I called to see if someone could have them turn it down, when that didn’t work I called to see if they could bring up earplugs and the front desk hung up. I feel like asking for earplugs is reasonable....

Great addition to Longview. It needed a first class hotel here. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The beds are high and very good for resting (may be a challenge for shorter folks). We had a handicap room so bathroom was large and well-appointed for us.

My family and I decided to stay here after reading so many positive reviews about this hotel. From when we walked in till we left was amazing experience. First off the front desk people and GM were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and cleaned. Thank you cleaning ladies. The beds and pillows felt like a little piece of heaven lol very comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze and the location was perfect. I will definitely be coming back.

We have family in town and have stayed at another hotel that was NOT clean and every room smelled of cigarette smoke, though it claimed to be a non-smoking facility. The Courtyard was clean, fresh and comfortable. Our only regret is that we did not receive a breakfast coupon, as platinum elite members of the Marriott Rewards Program.

We try to stay at Marriott brands when available and love the service we receive and quality of the hotels. This Courtyard was recently built, new modern look, rooms were a little bigger, pool and courtyard invited you outside (even with the Texas heat). Staff was friendly and accommodating.

CJ and her staff are absolutely incredible. A stand out employee that usually takes care of us is Kimber. With that being said, there is not an inhospitable staff member on the property.

I LOVE this hotel and the entire team here! A very close friend of mine who lives in Longview told me about this when it was built and I was so excited as I am definitely a Marriott fan. The rooms are super clean, the team is simply amazing - very helpful, cheerful and welcoming - the entire hotel is clean and well maintained. The biggest draw for me besides the fantastic location is the fitness center. I workout every day, combination of strength training and cardio, so to see a fitness center that encompasses different types of machines and equipment to accommodate everyone is truly amazing. They have a cable machine, free weights and benches, yoga and Pilates equipment, treadmills, elliptical and stationary bike. They also have disposable headphones, water dispenser and, of course, all other items you would expect in a fitness center. I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the fitness center as well. Have stayed here every time I have been in Longview since it was built and would not think about staying anywhere else. Thanks to this amazing team for a wonderful stay each time!

How often does that happen at any price. Front desk was very good. Good parking. I don’t know if I have ever said that about an entire hotel. The lobby and restaurant are spotless. I have never had a cleaner room in my life. Housekeeping is to be commended. All three nights that we were here everything was in perfect condition and as clean as it could possibly be.The hotel is extremely modern/contemporary and beautifully designed.Everything that we got at the restaurant was good. The front desk personnel were efficient, professional and personable. The manager was helpful and made you feel welcome.The rooms are well appointed, extremely modern, have a small refrigerator and microwave, big screen TV and a comfortable bed. Although this was not a vacation trip this hotel made us feel like we were on vacation and we look forward to getting back to it each evening.I know the hotel is relatively new but it is still nice to see a facility of any type where everything works as it issupposed to and it did here.The rooms are quiet, and the air-conditioning worked great.My wife and I are frequent travelers, both in the US and abroad. We have spent far more than double what this hotel costs and not been remotely as pleased as we are with this hotel.Obviously this hotel is under great management. Congratulations. We will be back. I only hope we are this fortunate to encounter hotel like this in a future travels – especially for such a reasonable price.

Every person I interacted with at the front desk this week was extremely personable. The fitness center was clean and spacious, but the floor was a little slippery for doing HIIT exercises. Dinner from the bistro was surprisingly delicious. I ended up getting sick while I was here and was able to extend my stay without any problems. The manager, CJ, was very kind and brought me a care package that was so thoughtful and above what I ever would have expected from this size of hotel. I only stay in Longview once or twice a year but would definitely stay here again.

Nicest Courtyard Marriott Ive stayed at. Lobby has multiple places to meet or work, gym is large with many workout machines, conveniently located to restaurants and other stores. Staff was also really friendly.

WOW! Really really nice! Full bar area in the middle of the entrance with booths and tables for the restaurant area. Several seating areas. One an almost private room with two seating areas. Outside seating area is divine. Pool of course. Directly behind a large shopping, restaurant and movie theater.

Modern, new hotel with a clean, warm aesthetic. The new lobby design is much more inviting than typical Courtyard hotels. Likewise, rooms are slightly more spacious and offer walk-in showers, which is a much needed update for the brand. However, the water pressure is very high and needs to be adjusted. Last, the mattresses are entirely too short. I had a king room and my feet were hanging off the edge. I have never had this happen at any other Marriott hotel. They really missed the mark here.

Wow! Pricey, but well worth it if you get a king bed room. Only two years old so everything had the new look and smell. Room had a small microwave (worked) small refrig (worked) 55 LG smart tv with a swivel wall mount. Small one cup coffee maker. Nicely decorated with modern feel furniture and art deco wall covering for the headboard backdrop. A king size Serta mattress (medium firm). phone and tablet charging stations on each side of the bed. Large three person couch. The real surprise was the large master style bathroom. A floor to ceiling and almost back to front half glass shower enclosure. A large toilet. The vanity was at least five foot wide. The over all look of the room was like a five star rated resort level room. The hotel is not huge in size but makes up for the amenities. Front desk staff were first class and very accommodating. We only stayed one night, but we could have enjoyed a pool, gas fire pit with great seating, or the Bistro. The property is easy in and easy out as it is about a block and a half away from the busy intersection and the highway. Lots of eating and shopping areas. There is a movie theater within walking distance( about a half block away). A great place to stay.

Room was great. Wanted to sleep in as I have a 1 year old and never get the chance to sleep in but someone is outside weed whacking the bushes at 8 am! So bye sleep for me thanks hotel couldnt have it done later? I can see yard work being done on a weekday but Saturday is ridiculous! Disappointed in this place.
