We hired Weber to clear and then treat an extensive amount of poison ivy. After it was cleared partially (I did much of it myself), the maintenance supervisor, Dennis Samford, refused to apply treatment to most of the area in reference. He took a mere 15 minutes to treat a VERY small portion of the cleared area. Their initial quote was between $500-$600, an enormous amount for an incomplete job. I will never use Weber again and will discourage others. Mr Samford asked if we were going to pay our bill and I told him we were. He said that’s all that matters, i.e., the professionalism and quality of the job is not a priority, only money. Weber provided a very disappointing experience.

Weber was supposed to cover bald spot on lawn with sod, they covered most of it but left part of the lawn bald. When requested they finish the job, they demanded more money! Moved one bush, it died. Supposed to deed and cover with musch, they used there weedeater and covered with mulch and now the weeds are growing thru the mulch. They broke my sprinkler. I called the owner several times and he will not return my calls. They sent me a bill and my wife paid it. I feel like the victim if a hit and run accident.

Called Weber at 11:22 Monday morning(6-10) and left a detailed message of sevices that I needed. It is now 1:10 Wednesday afternoon(6-12)and still have not received a return phone call. So much for great service.

Absolutely horrible experience working with Weber Landscaping. I had some standing water and a very soggy backyard, I reached out to Weber landscaping and they assured me they could fix the problem. They came to my house put all my drain spouts underground and ran them to the street. While they were doing this, I told them that this will not fix the issue in the backyard, the drain spouts only addressed the side and front yards, which were not a problem. They told me to wait and well see what happens... I paid the $2,600 they charged me and I wasnt happy... Well, amazingly enough I was right, it rains and my backyard is completely flooded like before with standing water for days... I call them back they tell me they can put drains in the backyard, welllll, thats what I wanted done in the first place, and they didnt do it... Now theyre wanting another $2,800 to put the drains in the backyard like I wanted in the first place... I fell like I have been taken advantage of... I budgeted out what they originally quoted me, and now I dont have any money left to get fixed what I wanted fixed in the first place... Now my kids still cannot play in the backyard and I cannot get the trampoline I promised them, because its a soggy mess back there still... I have never been so disappointed in my life, and had to pay so much money to have nothing done... Not only did they let me down, but they let my kids down, which is really disappointing...
