ELS has done a tremendous job on a restoration project for my company. They are professional and courteous each step of the way. Budgets are accurate and the quality of work is impeccable. Unlike other consultants, they require very little, if any, supervision. I can trust them to make the right recommendations and execute the desired actions in the field without oversight. Our 10 year project is nearing an end, and while I am glad for that, I will miss working with Jak and her team.

Beware this company, they have absolutely no integrity. I hired them for a project, the biologist spends a few hours marking high water marks on a stream and then their portion went into hibernation. The only correspondence I had was CC’ing them emails (which they would later need) and a few small requests which themselves took days to respond to. When I shut down my project, I asked for the bill and a refund remainder of the $2500 I placed down. The “project manager” who was barely involved sent me an invoice for over $2500. The line by line listing was an example of a PURE honey pot of up to 6 people some who had no business on the project billing time to the project. Line by line (dozens) of people placing time on this project that were completely false. They placed 7 hours of work on the project for building “figures” that were not approved (3 months after the initial start?), in fact our correspondence was that they were on hold until Civil and Geotech were completed. Many of the hours from the “project manager” who I never even met and didn’t even respond to anything for the first few months at the start, lines and lines of billing when the biologists finally told me “oh, he’s been out sick”… yet he still billed time??? This company is sketchy and I would submit that you cannot trust them. I myself worked for 10 years at an AE firm with Civil, Geotech and Environmental divisions so I know how they work. This company is as sketchy as it gets and when I challenged them on this billing I was told “this stand”. I will be sending a complaint about this company to the attorney general of WA state.

Great people to work with. Very up front on what they can do and what they charge. Very conscience about dealing with things in a positive manner.
