I took my phone at 1 p.m. and they said “1 hr and 30 mins. it’ll be done” i came back and said the same, i got it back at 6 in the afternoon.. just to find out the speakers don’t even work, and i cant charge my phone because where you plug doesn’t work. so i’m going back on wednesday to get it fixed again.

Was told my phone would be done in 30 min, almost 2 1/2 hours later, he’s still working on it. On top of taking 2 1/2 hours to fix a phone that I was told would only take 30 mins, when I finally received my phone, he forgot some buttons, so the genius had to take it apart again to put the buttons back in, some technician he is.
