I highly recommend Utilize I.T. I took my dead laptop in at 3:00 pm, and had my new functioning laptop with saved data files by 10:00 am the next morning. They were courteous, knowledgeable, fast and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

Would never bring another computer back here again. Broke the outer touch screen on my laptop. Took the to them with the replacement part. They broke the screen underneath, and lied to me about it, said it was broken when they got it, which it was not, we both looked at it. Charged me for the screen they broke.Then they put the wrong screen back in it so I had to take it back again. They finally managed to put the right screen in it. But now its held together with electrical tape, because whatever they did broke it so badly that it wont stay together anymore.And for the record, this is the 2nd time I have posted this review. Because the 1st one has magically disappeared. Guess thats pretty easy for a computer shop to do.

Lose parts, do not return your calls,took to long to get the parts to repair computer.

After several failed attempts with purchases and returns from Office Depot to get my computer and monitor to speak the same language, I was referred to Utilize I.T. by the recently retired owner of Team Electronics. I worked with Keith and he came out to my car to look at the computer/monitor setup and recommended the correct cables I needed the first time.Great to work with and very knowledgeable! I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your help.

Be aware that you may arrive had their (hard to find) location, only to discover they are not there in spite of posted hours. Also had spoken to someone prior to making my hour drive to let them know I was coming. They may do great work but Ill never know.

Sure wish you would have called Me and let me know you had to Wipe out All my Pictures before you did it so I at least had a heads up. Broke my Heart that every last one of my pics of my Kids growing up is now Gone

The people here at Utilize IT are wonderful with their customers. I am currently a college student and needed my computer done by a certain time. They worked with me in order to make sure I had it back to take my test. They also offered me a borrowed computer just incase they were not able to fix my in the allotted time frame I had. The tech that used to help me, Jesse, no longer works there. The new guys they have running the shop take longer, arent as polite, and dont seem to know as much. Did it change ownership? Probably going with Sutinen from now on.
