Great talking to Richard on the phone but he does NOT call back with quotes or information he does not know things about sych as renters insurance. I have changed my address with him, renters insurance adjuster and some at 800# but still showing old address and I moved over a month and a half ago. Allstate was great when my rental flooded in February. Alaska came and froze Texas. Towing service used one time with no issues. Its coming up on renewal but not sure if my rates are going up from claim.

Richard is always friendly and helpful. If you have to leave a message for him, he returns your calls in a timely manner.

Felt very encouraging to have a real name and number, We really appreciated Richard being proactive and meeting our need during this stressful time. The next day our claim was settled and it would not have happened without Richards prompt attention to the matter.
