I love the people here they are so helpful

I had been having some issues with my auto insurance, payments being processed. No biggie. So we finally get everything straight with the payment situation now Im on autopay . I received letters explaining the date that these funds will be getting drafted. Problem was I never received proof of insurance, no insurance policy, nothing. Now Im calling wondering why I havent received anything? Come to find out they put my sisters address as my mailing, a person that has nothing to do with my policy. Not to mention my homeowners insurance has been them for over twenty years. With a premium of $3000 🤔 . So now Im like I dont want to change but these people will not help you in anyway. So after Ive gotten upset Dalton had the nuts to tell me he was GOD. I record my phone call and it has been reported. Im going to a different agent .

All I can say is never use them.....this office is in such disarray its unbelievable. Used them for a long time but finally got fed up and transferred to State Farm in Kigore. When I called to get our policy transferred Mr Lipsey said Ill do that Rt now and just hung up on me. So yes I will be reporting him to main office..
