Fast and friendly service. The ladies at the front desk were a pleasure to do business with. As friendly as they were, I hope I dont have to meet then under the current circumstances in the futurebut if I do then it will be a pleasure. Fork lift operator was the best Ive seen in a long time. Quite possibly better... just as good as me.... ok he owned that fork lift. Maybe Ill see these people again in the future when I have a dealership license. Thank you IAA

David the manager was nice enough to get a mechanic to reinstall the drive shaft after the tow truck drivers took it off without reinstalling it.
