I started working with Eminence Marketing about 4 months ago. When I came in, I didnt know anything about marketing or advertising and honestly just needed a job. After meeting with Jasmine Anderson, I realized quickly that this was not a normal company. They looked at my previous experience and instead of judging my cashiering experience they showed me how much customer service experience I had. They branched on my previous experience and outlined how much training I would need to reach my full potential as a Sales Associate. During the training, I was able to pick up on some of the management traits - which impressed Ms. Anderson. Due to this, she started working with me one-on-one and helped train me into a Market Manager position. I couldnt be happier and I am very thankful that Ms. Anderson took the time to see my potential.
