Called Helping Hand in July for an estimate on an Aspen Tree I wanted work on and they couldnt come out for a month. Set an appointment for August 30th, then they changed it twice. Agreed on the 31st, then they changed it from AM to PM appointment about two weeks ago and just had a call today the day before wanting to change it to 9/7.....that was all just for an estimate, really? Told them Ill find someone else. Glad for them they are so busy.

The 4 man crew that took care of us last week were excellent in every way. On time and here for 4+ hours they accomplished everything in a polite, thorough way. They left out home with everything cleaned up and neat. We definitely would recommend this company to anyone and we will certainly use them again........WELL DONE!

Very friendly crew that was professional, Justin did a great job supervising and doing the chainsaw work. They were carefull falling limbs to make sure nothing was harmed. They did a thorough job cleaning up. We were very pleased, its hard to find good contractors, these guy were good!

Working with the team at Helping Hands was a great experience. We had a bug infestation in a couple of our trees. The trees were flowering trees near our chicken coop, so an inexpensive natural solution was recommended instead of treatment to ensure that bees, birds, and our backyard feather babies stayed safe. I greatly appreciated their earth friendly solution. We also had all of our trees trimmed and our Ash tree treated and they did a great job. I will be using their services again.

These guys are amazing. Although it is not their line of business, they were our heroes! Our 9 month old kitten treed himself and couldn’t get down for over 24 hours in a 50 foot tree (at the very top) and 21 degree temperature. They didn’t hesitate to coordinate and send a team over when they could. They kept in constant contact during they day to keep us updated on their arrival and when the team got here they were extremely friendly. The man that went up in the bucket (I’m sorry, I forgot his name) was very concerned about our cat being scared and that he had been in the tree so long. We truly can’t thank them enough for their help and empathy and if anyone asks for a tree service they would be the only ones we’d recommend!

Have a cherry tree that was suffering from iron deficiency. These guys are GREAT!!! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it! No more yellow dying leaves! :)

I thought the crew was very good and professional and they seemed to work together very well. They were very punctual and they showed up when promised which is always appreciated. I have noticed, though, that I still have a lot of tedious picking up to do with all the sticks from the pruning of the trees that was done. What I would suggest for you in the future is that when you have a crew of this size, it would be so easy to use your rakes to pick up more of the debris that was left behind. I now have to go around and do what I think is something that I already paid for which is the tedious picking up and raking of the small sticks that now are cluttering my property

They did a first rate job! Highly recommend their services. Robert performed a thorough and artisanal full pruning of my big ash tree. It looks gorgeous. He is very knowledgeable about trees. The whole crew was cheerful and efficient.

Well, I have to admit Helping Hand Tree service sent me their dream team this morning! Aaron, Aidan, Jesse, and Robert were professional, funny, and patient with all of my questions about trimming our Canadian cherry, maple, and ash trees. If you love your trees like we do and need trimming/thinning or any other help with your trees or shrubs, call them and ask for the dream team! I have also worked with Justin over the years, who always correctly diagnosed the problem and saved our trees when they were hit with parasites, or needed extra nutrients or preventative treatments. If you want the best tree people, call them! We have been very satisfied customers for years.

Our tree man, Rich Wooley, passed away after using him for at least 25 years. It was very difficult for us to find someone to replace him. Actually, he could never be replaced. He had become part of our family.I chose Helping Hand tree Service because I recognized the name Giudice as a family that had lived the Apple Valley region for a very long time.The fruit trees were not trimmed as well as I expected them to be, so, Joe came back and did a terriic job of shapping them and touching up.I am very happy with the outcome of all of the trees taken down and trimmed now!!!Gary & Nell Coffey

Helping Hand Tree Service did an excellent job! I highly recommend them. They arrived on time and immediately reviewed the job with me. They worked quickly and were constantly cleaning up the fallen leaves and branches as they cut. The job was finished in exactly the time that was estimated. It was quite a big job, several trees were trimmed and a couple of trees were taken down. The whole area was completely cleaned up when they finished including the roof which they went up on and blew all the debris off of and out of the gutters! The workers were very pleasant and even offered to cut off dead branches of a tree they noticed that wasnt scheduled to be trimmed. I was happy with the whole job that they did plus the price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again!!

We recently had Helping Hand Tree Service out to take out a dying tree. They diagnosed the parasite that was killing it, checked all the rest of our trees, one of which was at the beginning stages of this. They treated that one. They took out the dying tree and took care of the stump, any mess was dealt with thoroughly, and quickly. Good company, good service.

I Hired helping hand tree service to spray my trees. Well they came out and fertilized instead. I contacted them four times by phone and email messages etc...not one manager took the time to get back to me to fix my problem. All I wanted was my tree sprayed for the disease they said it has. Its been a month now and still keep get blown off and not contacted. Good luck if you use them and them getting back with you. Im moving on to a business that does what the customer asks.

Joe & his workers did a very good job on my Siberian elm. I got my moneys worth. But Joe was one month out. In that interim, strangely, I was never contacted by Helping Hands of their job date. They came unexpected at the worst time for me.

Waited all morning for them to show up to treat my trees for Ash Bore. I finally called them and was told their employee was still on vacation and wanted to reachedule me two weeks out. Poor costumer service and obviously no commitment...
