Longmont Outdoor Power is the best! Were a professional tree removal/sawmill/custom woodworking company and wont get our chains sharpened anywhere else. This is also where we go for new tools when needed. Great service, even better staffing, and awesome products. Stop in and check them out! Itll be worth your time.

My experience with Longmont Outdoor Power equipment was poor. Ive done business with this store several times and each time the staff has me waiting in the front for no apparent reason. I was charged 6 dollars plus tax for a file that was marked 4.59. I dont recommend Longmont Outdoor Power equipment until they find a way to solve these problems.

I just purchased a STIHL MS 251 WOOD BOSS chainsaw here and the service is phenomenal. Jim was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining all of the features of the saw as well as test running it and verifying all of the components worked properly. It runs like a top and starts with ease. With such helpful people both on the floor and behind the register, I will be coming back here for all of my outdoor power tools.

I bought my Stihl MS271 from here. The saw has been great. They set it up for me at the store. They also helped me pick out some extra chains and some oil. I stop in from time to time to have my chains sharpened. I am heading there now to grab a yellow Chain. Very pleased with the personal service.
