I cant say enough about Raul and his family. Very professional and honest. After a terrible experience with my previous contractor I called up log home builders in the Loveland/Estes area. I was referred to REM. Raul came within a day to quote my home and sent me a contract that was VERY detailed. I knew exactly what I was getting due to the level of transparency in the quote I received. David, his brother, runs the crew and has decade + of log home restoration experience. We had our house media blasted, sanded, washed, stained and clear-coated. They also replaced 7 log faces. They brought back this log home, which hasnt been touched in 20 years, back to life! If you own a log home on the front range (or anywhere) I highly recommend the Montero family. They kind of became our family too. REM did a great job on our log home. The estimate was free and prompt. The estimate was very fair and he was open to discussing with us ways that we could do some of the work to make it even more affordable. The work was done quickly and professionally and they left the place cleaner then when they arrived.

Raul and his team did a full restoration of the exterior of our 6000+ sq ft log Colorado mountain home - media blasting, chinking repair, 3 coats of stain. It was a large project and we are so happy with the results, as well as the process from start to finish. Good communication, hard workers, and all completed on schedule.

We used REM to restore our 3000+ multi-story 1976 log cabin. REM was very knowledgeable of their products, skilled in their craft and were very reasonably priced. They did such a quality job on the cabin that we had them work our other property. We strongly recommend REM.
