Worst agent Ive ever contacted she doesnt even answer the phone and when she does she wants to show a house in the evening with no sunlight shes canceled on me twice I can barely understand her on the phone and then I get weird text messages that dont make any sense to me I definitely would not go through this woman and how did she even pass her license I say she reduce her license cuz I dont think she knows what shes doing I do not recommend her at all and my friend that went through her has no hot water and scarlet has refused to replace the water heater

I must admit that I was a bit nervous entering into the home selling / buying process. Closing a chapter of my families life and opening a new one was something I took very seriously as I understood how important a home is to a family and to the memories we make along the way. I feel because of Scarletts experience and her personal yet professional approach, she also understood how important this moment was for us as well. Scarlett listed our home at the very top of the market value and actually negotiated more than what we asked for! Oh, and this was done the very first day we listed it. We did not anticipate the speed at which our home would sell but Scarlett sure did. Scarlett is a young business woman with extensive knowledge in the field and the drive and motivation to help you get what you are looking for in a competitive market. I met many agents while looking for a home and felt most comfortable with Scarlett because this is her business and as such she was fast to reply to my questions, she was able to represent all points of view in those answers for my consideration, she explained things clearly without using lingo for someone who is not in the business, and she was straightforward in her responses to me or conveying my position to the buyers agent. Additionally, because of her familiarity with the area and costs for repairs, construction, etc, I could discuss the pros and cons of remodeling vs. buying an updated home. Overall I know that Scarlett is the best person I could have chosen to have on my side while purchasing a home.

Scarlett handled all aspects of the sale of a difficult to prepare rural property. The property was an estate sale and was not in condition to show and sell. I am the owners agent and live out of state. Scarlet arranged for several different contractors to prepare and maintain the house. She brought several offers and persisted through one buyer backing out due to a loss of employment and multiple delays from the lenders of the final buyer. The entire process took about a year in a difficult market and neighborhood. Other nearby properties had been on the market much longer. Scarlet also found buyers promptly, which was encouraging. We got a price that was close to our asking price and I was very satisfied with her work. I especially appreciated her responsiveness, which was important since I could not meet with her or visit the property myself.

I am reluctant to post negative reviews, but am presenting my own opinions and experiences here as a public service. What follows are my opinions only, which accurately and honestly reflect my experience with Scarlett Neal. We sold our home through Scarlett, and had a signed offer within 72 hours of our home being listed. Immediately thereafter, Scarlett asked us to write positive reviews for her, which she in turn propagated throughout the internet. I have managed to remove most (but not all) of those reviews, which were written far too early on in our experience with Scarlett. It was all downhill after we obtained a signed offer. In my opinion, Scarlett is functionally illiterate, and has absolutely no business drafting contracts or amendments. Her e-mails and phone calls to us were often unintelligible and garbled. Her basic technique when it came to us the sellers was to bully us into making concessions to the buyers at every stage in the transaction. On several occasions she did not consult us about these concessions or sweeteners before she offered them to the buyers agent. On several occasions she revealed our confidential information to the buyers agent without our consent or agreement. She routinely inflamed negotiations unnecessarily, often I think because she did not understand what she was doing or what was really going on. She is routinely out of her depth, and compensates by being combative and bullying. She does not listen and routinely talks over you. We wound up firing Scarlett for cause so that she would not further damage or impair our pending sale. Despite informing Scarlett at least six times in writing that she was fired (while also telling her that her commission would be protected), and in direct contravention of our explicit written instructions to Scarlett not to contact the buyers agent, the title company, or the buyers lender, Scarlett continued contacting all of them right up to closing. The bottom line is that Scarlett is not a professional, she does not understand or appreciate the basics regarding the duties she owes to the sellers she represents, and she does not understand or care to understand what her proper role as a real estate agent is. Once we signed a listing agreement with Scarlett, she acted as though she owned our house and was free to do whatever she pleased (including ignoring explicit written instructions). Scarletts comments on this negative review will tell the reader much (such as her offer to discuss information concerning our transaction with anyone -- would you want the confidential information you entrusted to your real estate agent discussed with anyone?). Predictably, Scarlett tried to bully me into not posting this review.

I could not be happier with my experience with Scarlett Neal. She got us above list price on our home. She helped 2 new realtors assist their clients in the process. She more than earned her commission. We live were every $ counts. I can say this young lady gave us more than our moneys worth. She is out to make a living but not off 1 deal, so happy to find someone I can afford!Definitely worth the call!
