You can get pretty much anything for your pets here. The day I spotted by four cat food, there was strong bad order as we walked in and through Misty of the front of the store. I would have given a five were it not for that. It made the shopping experience unpleasant.This had not been an issue on our previous visits

Shop here sometimes their prices are a little high but they keep a really good selection and thats what always brings me back. My biggest complaint is how dirty and stinky this store is. I have literally gagged from the smell here.

Ive had 5 orders for crickets cancelled. I understand there is limited supply but the store should remove the crickets from online ordering before they get to the point that they cannot honor already-submitted orders. There are some really nice folks at this location and many of the employees are great but I have had a pretty high number of experiences where employees were really rude.

The staff was very helpful. My Florida dog could not handle the extreme cold. I cant remember her name, but she helped me try the booties they had left and helped me find a sweater..I really appreciated her patience and assistance.
The manager on duty around 3:00 on Sunday 8/16/2020 went above and behind to help us out. I’m sorry to say I didn’t get her name but whatever you pay her isn’t enough. She was kind and patient even with the store being under staffed. I can’t thank you all enough!!There are two very happens kittens in a loving home!
I aimlessly wandered into this location with no other goal in mind than looking at their cats and showing them some love. The last time I had gone in, there were none, so I was pleasantly surprised and slightly disheartened to see that there were three cats just meandering about in their kennels.To make a long story short, I ended up taking one of them home, and I cant even begin to explain my joy with this new companion of mine. A little more than a week passed, and I ended up with a rash I later was able to diagnose as bug bites after a trip to the clinic. I noticed that she had scabs around her neck, even when I first got her, that I have now correlated to constant scratching. Needless to say, mite treatment and a really thorough cleaning.During the adoption process, things seemed to be a little disorganized. I was told someone would be right with me when I had first inquired about the adoption process, and ended up waiting over an hour before the same person noticed I was still standing around had asked me if I had yet to be helped. When I did receive help, I dont think they were prepared for my inquiry, which is totally fine. I wasnt bothered as I really didnt have anywhere else to be, and it enabled me to spend more time with this little sweetie, anyways. They had ran out of coupons they give with the adoption, but she was worth any penny. The woman that assisted me with the final stages of the adoption was very friendly and told me to come back in a few days with my receipt to reclaim the coupons I was unable to use that day.I am thrilled to be granted an opportunity to be this babys forever home. She has been so very pleasant to be around, and I think Im finally growing on her. I look forward to the years we are to spend together. It has been a humbling experience.

The PetSmart in Longmont, CO has the friendliest associates! They always cheerfully greet me when I walk in, and seem genuinely interested in my pet when he’s with me. (He’s a good sized German Shepherd dog, so that’s not always the reaction we get!) They had a great buy three/get one free treat sale that I was glad to take advantage of for my pets’ Christmas presents!

I love the selection of product here, and the staff is always friendly. They are sometimes understocked of high demand items.Today, they had only one person on cash register so the line was several people long, and the aisles are somewhat narrow so its difficult to stay far enough apart for covid-19 protocols.
My Cat Fia got sick back in April. Banfield located inside PetSmart helped us get out kitty baby back to good health. They even found out what was wrong with her pancreatitis. They recommend a new diet which seems to be helping. Best part was PetSmart had her new food on hand so I didnt have to to search for it elsewhere. Really recommend both they are great companys filled with people!🙂
The staff are so friendly. Have had my dog groomed there 2 times. Very happy the groomer was fantastic. Definitely my dog will be going to there from now on. Reasonable price .

I am only giving a 1 rating because I cant give a zero. Rescheduled an appt from yesterday at 1pm to today for both of my dogs. One was scheduled for a bath and the other just a nail trim. They actually cancelled the single nail trim instead of rescheduling it. Rather than apologize and and admit their mistake, they were completely rude and snappy. The gal at the front of the salon couldnt make a decision so went in the back to get another lady who was completely rude and unprofessional. I realize the chain store groomers dont have to rely on business but customer service is simple and it doesnt take much to make a customer feel appreciated. I will never take my animals there again and will pass this on to friends and family. Just as I would if giving a positive review. Unbelievably rude!!!I did speak with Kalyn who was very nice and helpful with issuing a refund. The salon folks could learn from her on how to treat a customer. THANKS KALYN!!

I get a lot of gifts for my clients from PerSmart! There is a vast selection, and I always find what I need. The reason for the 4-star rating is the lines at the register are long.

Bought a parakeet - everyone was friendly.
Took my Dog in to be groomed and will not be going back. I took him in for a wash and nail trim and buffing. When I dropped him off I was told it would be 3 to 4 hours because of the amount of dogs ahead of us. So when I was called to pick him up an hour n half later I was surprised. We paid and left. When we got home I realized he was still wet in several areas. Then I checked his nails. They were trimmed but definitely not buffed. What a rip off. Your rushed job shows. Dont go here.

This petsmart has the most friendly and helpful employees. I have 3 cats a dog and fish and I always go here for advice. The vet office inside is the best too. I trust them fully with all my pets and especially my special needs cat. This place is awesome
The fish here are seriously neglected! Today many of the tanks were FULL of dead fish. Dead goldfish, dead gourami, dead plecos, dead everything. The empty tanks were filthy too. I pity anyone who takes their kid there to see the fish graveyard. Ive been to many chain pet stores recently and this is by far the worst!!
Hands down the worst experience(s) I have ever had in the salon at a @PetSmart in 20 years. Management protocol and talent are sub standard and not capable of customer service. Inconsiderate and simply unworthy of my business or my animals company. I gave them 2 opportunities after my 1st bad experience with the standard teddy bear cut. I went for reasons of consideration and convene as well as programming from the decades of excellent experience I did have @PetSmart in Superior, Colorado (worth the 20 min. Drive)My .02

I hate going to petsmart! I only go because my cat is on a prescription food. I try to buy the prescription and food for my other cat all in one trip but their prices are extremely high! Heres a thought...how about stocking pet food brands that people can actually afford? I quit chewy because they are unreliable. Petsmart is following suit! I use the 5 oz cans and there are no 5 oz cans in stock no matter the brand, but hey, weve got hundreds of cases of 3 oz cans! Hey Petsmart, how about buy less 3 oz cans and more 5 oz cans! Too logical for ya? Is the mark up higher on the 3 oz?

These guys are awesome!!!!! When I went there, I went there to buy a turtle and the lady that helped me out was so sweet! She set me up with everything i needed and she did a price match so that i didnt have to pay an insane amount for everything! She was very patient with me too when I had a couple of questions. I felt like she was there specifically to help me. I will definitely be coming back for everything I need pet related.
They have the CUTEST pride display right now!! @Petsmart on hover in Longmont CO. They don’t have the brightest cashiers. I tried telling the girl I had an online pickup (a bag of dog food) in my hands and it was taken care of and I could show her the receipt if she needed it but I ALSO needed to checkout from shopping inside. She wasn’t understanding and finally I said never mind. This dog food is paid for already though.Nice stuff, not always the best prices! Petco has better sales.
Maggie G groomed my chihuahua boomer today and he looks AMAZING!!! He is a very anxious boy when it comes to getting groomed but he seemed so much more at ease today than he usually is when I picked him up!!! He must have really trusted Maggie! He smells like a dream!! So happy, will definitely always see if Maggie is available to groom boom when making my appointments from here on out!!!

Usually I love this store. But today Im giving it 2 stars because my family desperately has wanted a bearded dragon at an affordable price, and when we saw that they were only $30 at PS we ran all the way into the city. Only to find out the website was lying and getting our hopes up, theyre $60
They staff there consistently have super friendly attitudes. Pair that with the low wait times to check out and knowledgeable staff, and its just a nice place to visit than the PetCo in town.
Awful customer service. I will no longer shop at this location.I looked for the particular dog food, which is the Simply Nourish Salmon. It was out on the shelves, but was on a pallet at the end of the isle under 8 bags of food. No workers were around, so I started moving the bags to the side to get the bag I needed, 5 bags fell on top of me. I moved the over bags over. A man named Craig started making fun of me to another employee while I was waiting in line. I walked over and told him it was poor customer service to mock a customer while Im in the store, since he wasnt doing his job loading the dog food. I asked him his name and he said John Lennon then told me to have a good day. His tag said Craig, he came over to me again in line and told me there were bags on the shelves, to which the wrong food. Then told me in a very sarcastic tone, to have a good day.If he would have done his job, he would have kept me from potentially getting hurt, then mocking me about it.I will not be back.
Have gotten all my pet supplies from PetSmart for more than ten years, have always been satisfied and happy with all my purchases, today the wife and I bought a bird and supplies, the staff outstanding even on the busy day answers given to our questions were helpful and informable, great people, enjoyable experience thank you all for everything they do

Dr. Eastman is so kind and Ive had the best experience with this vet office. When I adopted my senior dog, I had no idea her past history so I was lost on where to start. They were super helpful and started a routine for her to get her back on track. She needed 4 vaccinations and all kinds of testing and they were so helpful in getting everything taken care of in a relatively quick appointment. She happened to have a nasty double ear infection and they were diligent with medicine and called me the day after every appointment I had to check in on her! Additionally, she was licking her paws a lot and when I took her in, they determined she had a skin infection due to an allergic reaction. Dr. Eastman was very patient and explained everything in detail and answered every single one of my questions. I came back a few weeks later for a check up and when that medication wasnt working, Dr. Eastman jumped on it and completely changed the plan and was aggressive to stop the infection. I came back a few months later to double check it was gone and she confirned it was gonw, helped me continue a plan for her wellness and set up another appointment for her routine 6 month vaccinations and check up. On top of this, the prices are extremely reasonable with the basic plan, and overall much cheaper than private practices, and I can take her in to get looked at anytime for free! $35 a month instead of being surprised with hundreds at every appointment at private places is worth every penny!I wish this location had better reviews because Ive only had positive experiences and not a single time Ive felt like theyre after my money instead of my dogs health. Highly recommend this location and specifically Dr. Susan Eastman!!!
The grooming salon is horrible in Longmont. I have been charged for services I never asked for and picked up my dog with an abrasion and horrible hair cuts. When I addressed it with the manger they said I ordered the services and said to bring my dog back in and then set me up with the same technician for my dog.When I went back again they said at my appointment I couldnt kennel my boxer (when I had been for years) and then after I took my boxer and left my pomeranian they called me hours later to say they were not comfortable grooming him. The staff is unprofessional and does terrible work. I have not have this experience at any other location than the one off Hoover in Longmont. Dont go to this Pets mart location!

I take my standard poodle to Kristen at the grooming center. She is amazing. Ive had bad experiences with groomers in the past, but once we started going to her I wont go to anyone else! I know my baby is in great hands when we see her!

It was an ok experience we have been here and their fish especially the bettas were and treacherous conditions we left and came back about a day before Christmas to pick out a betta and they were in no better condition I had to look away as the condition they were in was about to make me cry. I got the betta and left the aisle. The line was incredibly long with two cashiers. And when we let them know about the situation they acted surprised even though it is a regular situation. Products looked nice though but many seemed incredibly misinformed obout the care of their pets. Including the birds.
As usual the available items in stock are never the items that are in the weekly advertisement. Everything in the store is over priced. There was a line of no less then 6 people and 1 cashier. Q I was inside doing research for a few items and the uninformed uneducated employees were handing out wrong information on both products and animal care. They should not be allowed to do such a thing with out having proper information or certification to do so. Thank goodness I was able to intervene and provide educated information and suggestion. During my visit only 3 of the customers were able to check out the rest were still waiting. 20 m on later

I signed up for a Therapy Dog training class. We had Alicia as our trainer and she was awesome. She deserves 10 stars, not 5.She is a very positive person and trainer. After 4 weeks in the therapy class she also gave us an extra class for CGC practice. I absolutely recommend her to anyone who is interested in training classes for their dog.
I love their layout! It is very easy to maneuver through. I really enjoy the various brands they offer and I love the customer service! It was very fast and efficient. Shopping for my various little pets for sure felt pet smart.
Halley and Brian are the best. Halley helped my daughter and I with a list of stuff for her new pet hamster. she was very helpful and patient with us and helped us a couple times as we shopped and decided on things. Brian at the register well I felt sorry for him. The night I was in there people were coming in sick and I couldnt have done his job. Brian and Halley both have great customer service and they were both so helpful and nice. Will shop here again because of the service I received.

The employee that helped us was very nice but the manager was very unwelcoming. This store looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks! There was dog urine in multiple places on the floor. I understand it’s a pet store but at Petsmart they clean these messes as soon as they are found. The bathrooms were disgusting. Overall it was very unkept and dirty. It was very disturbing during this pandemic when most businesses are doing their best to keep their store clean.

The fish tanks are usually dirty looking and the enclosures for reptiles are very small. However, all the employees are very friendly and polite and the store is well organized and clean. Shout-out to Hannah who loved on my pitbull and gave her treats!

Great selection of pet supplies. Great service. 2 stars because Petsmart should not be in the business of selling live pets. Theyll tell you all day how to properly care for and house your pets. But they dont do any of that with the animals in the store. Practice what you preach.
I made appointments for my four dogs on Tuesday for grooming. I receive a call on the day, while loading the dogs to take them because, mind you four days later, they realize they can not do my dogs before they close. It took them four days to check their online bookings to let me know. I had arranged my entire day around their schedule. But they can take them another day, when there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to wrangle my three grandkids and four large dogs. The manager really had nothing to say except. Sorry. No discount for the inconvenience, nothing. Just, they are training. Sorry. I guess I need to find a new grooming salon, it was only 400.00 they would have cost me today, but the customer service was not acceptable. I would give them no stars, but you can not give a no star review.
