This was my first time going to this salon because my normal one was busy. My sister had a great experience with her nails and got exactly what she wanted however I didn’t. I asked for a certain length and shape and. the man I was with said it wouldn’t look good and cut them all the way down to my nail beds. He said they were better that way even though I wanted longer. I made it clear several times how long I wanted them and he refused to change. The design I got was nothing like the image I showed. This was a simple black french tip and they hardly put any black on my nails at all. I explained how I liked them which was similar to the picture and they said it was ugly and wouldn’t be good. I paid $45 for these tiny little nails and I didn’t tip. Very disappointed

I have been using this nail salon every week for the past two years. I make appointments for every appointment and never just drop by. I am a good regular customer to this establishment. I use Helen exclusively. Sometimes Helen is running late because the front desk schedules appointments back to back and since I have a limited window, I will text Helen to see if she is running behind so that I am not just sitting there waiting. Today I texted to ask if Helen was on time and did not hear back so I gathered up my things and went to the salon. I live less than a mile away. The man at the front desk Informed me he canceled my appointment because I was late. I explained that I texted Helen and he said that was not his problem. Helen was already with another customer and they would not honor my appointment. I don’t know if the man at the front desk was an employee or an owner but due to his rudeness I will find somewhere else to go as Allure Nail Salon obviously does not care about customer service and loyal customers. There are lots of other nail salons that would be grateful to get a regular well tipping customer.

I really liked this place. It was super clean. Walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon and had to wait about 25 minutes. Which wasn’t bad for the amount of people in there. When I signed in she told me 30 to 40 minute wait. So when it was less i was more than thrilled! They did a great job!

Amazing attention to detail and service! I was in town for a wedding and needed a dip mani. They were able to accommodate me with a reservation within an hour and did a phenomenal job making sure each nail was perfect. I highly recommend!

I love this place. It is hard to find a good nail place that can do good designs. I am all about design on my nails. I have been going to Jennifer for a while. She has amazed me every time with her gift of design. There are others that can do design as well just ask them.

Friendly staff and a lot of great options. Good size and easy to get around with a wheelchair. The massage chairs were super comfy. My toes turned out great and my moms nails did too. She smudged hers right away and then immediately fixed it.

I popped in for an eye brow wax. No appointment needed. I didnt have to wait, fortunately they could get me in quickly. It was quick, and my brows looked great. No touch up required.

Have used this shop several times and my last visit my pedicure took 20 mins and thats with polish. theyre really cutting corners. We wont be back. $60.00 that is much better spent in a shop that wants my business.

They have wonderful service and employees plus they are super fast. If you show them a picture of what you want they will perfectly recreate it for you. They are amazing

Too busy..I went with a friend for a spa day and we had to wait 35 minutes after scheduled appointment..sat my friend first and got mad that we wanted to be sat at same time. We did sit next to each other but did not make a good impression in my friend.bthe work was good..cyst ser vice.. blah..

This place should have over 4 stars. They might have 20 chairs for pedicure and probably get busy sometimes, But I walked in and they took me in without an appointment for a Dip Nails. The girl was very detailed and careful, I love my nails, they look super natural.

I had gone in to get a pedicure & they forgot to pint my pinky toes i didn’t relize till i got home. I got the delux but didn’t get what i paid 50$ dollars for!! I had given her a 5$ tip & she still wanted more & didn’t let me leave until i paid the extra 5!!!!

I had my nails done the first of November. The tech talked me into the dip shellac for my fingernails because it is supposed to be so much better for them. Well this is what my nails look like now.

Worst one yet. Missed clipping several toe nails, calluses hardly touched and i ended up with ingrown toenails in two toes after the service.

Worst experience. I made appointments(mani/pedi) for my mom and I for Mother’s Day. They do not honor appointment times at all. Waited over 45 mins!! for an opening. This was happening to other clients who had made an appointment as well. Then the same technician finished my manicure while my mom waited another 30 mins because her person went and started on another pedicure. The whole thing was chaos and my manicure had bubbles and either was on my cuticle or on some parts not covering the end of my nail.

Best pedicure EVER, they actually took there time!

I always get a great mani and pedi here. Their selection of polishes isn’t great. They were even out of OPI Bubble Bath! I also don’t like it when you add thinner to the polish. It changes the color. Service is great; polish options need improvement.

I love Allure! I get great spa pedicures and gel manicures! The salon is spotless and follow strict Covid protocols. The techs are all quite good and professional. I am going regularly now and the quality is always high!

Im a male and I went in for a pedicure. They barely cut my toenails at all, and the work was very uneven. There are other issues. I keep my feet in pretty good condition, so its not like they were paddling upstream. It was just a low quality job for what I paid. I finished up the work myself, at home. The people were relatively nice, though.

Went in for a pedicure, the entire service lasted 15 minutes, the woman left nail polish all over my skin, and she didn’t scrub my calluses for more than 2 seconds. Honestly didn’t even want to pay for that but didn’t want to cause a fuss.

I was weary about going here due to some of the negative reviews but we went with a group of 4, three for mani/pedi and one for a full set and we ALL had a great experience.I want to start out by saying that it was clean and everyone was so nice to us from beginning to end.Daniel and Sarah were our nail techs and they were so friendly and our nails look beautiful. They took their time and gave us the full treatment. We will absolutely be back.

Had a mani and pedi with Paul today, and it was great! Walked into a salon that is clearly putting customers first by keeping things clean and lovely. A fast and lovely appointment, I really enjoyed the visit and would be happy to go again.

Allure is an amazing nail bar! Everyone was very kind and attentive. Mimi gives great attention to detail and is so sweet! Not only do my nails look amazing and are well shaped/painted, but during my service she noticed a woman coughing and gave the receptionist a cough drop to offer her. The shop is VERY clean and comfortable. Thank you for an amazing service!

I got a pedicure by James. He was amazing! He did a great job removing my calluses and the foot massage was the best! I’ve been here before and not always had a great experience. The place is clean and nice, but like any salon, each technician is different. But I highly recommend James.

No complaints about the actual polish on my toes, but I paid $35 for a deluxe pedicure and I was done in 27 minutes. I wouldn’t even say I received a massage, she massaged maybe 1 minute on each leg then rinsed all the lotions off instead of rubbing them in. I get pedicures for the massage and exfoliation. I’ve never received a pedicure where it felt so rushed. She had an appointment right after me (I did not have an appointment) so she was rushed to get to her appointment. I definitely won’t go back.

This is the best nail salon in Longmont. You guys have done such a great job keeping everyone safe and still providing services. Good job.

Went to get my nails done here. Paid $50 for pedicure which I asked for. The procedure involves hot rocks. I never got it done. When I asked the technician about it, her reply was I already did it while we were talking. As if I wouldnt feel hot rocks on my feet. They also left a lot of nail polish smudges on my friends fingers. She had to request them to clean it. It should have been done without a request, a part of a clean job. The place looks nice, but the job was very sloppy and unprofessional.

This is the best place in my opinion to get a pedicure. They do an awesome job and have a variety of different choices to suit your needs to make your feet look pretty and make you feel good and relaxed at same time....

Came here for the first time last weekend and it was awesome. They are very friendly and attentive. I also really like they gave me the way helpful advices. It was perfect! Everything was clean and modern. This would be a perfect place for a girls date :). My experience at Allure Nail Bar was wonderful.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and detail oriented that when I leave I know my toes not only look great but feel better. I need to have a pedicure once a month since Im on my feet all day, and they take great care of me, my family and friends.

Ive lived in Longmont my whole life and never experienced a better nail salon. I like to treat my 4 year old daughter to a pedicure occasionally and am usually not treated the way Id hope. I brought my daughter in to Allure to get pampered before vacation and couldnt be more pleased. They treated us both like princesses. They gave her her own massage chair painted her nails and toe nails and she so enjoyed it. Not to mention their services are great. Thank you Allure. Youve gained a new customer..

I love the people Allure Nail Bar, especially Kelly. She’s very careful and always does a great gel manicure and regular pedicure. In addition, the place is very roomy and is kept very clean!

Allure Nail Bar is my favorite salon in town. The interior is beautiful and kept well maintained. The star of the show is definitely Kevin though! He is the only person I will let touch my nails and I’m so happy every time I get to see him. He will give you exactly what you want and provide you with a wonderful experience along the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kevin, he’s the best!

The best nail experience I have had so far. Allure Nail Bar listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but the nails I got still look as lovely today as they did the first day that I got them.Also a special shout-out to Helen who I will continue to trust doing my nails from this day forward.

This place is quirky, I kinda like it. Love, love, love these ladies! All staff was extremely friendly and was able to relax. They really took care of my nails here. The salon is well-stocked with a myriad of polish and gel colors. Im very pleased to have found this spot! Definitely going back here!

I went in to as a treat for my daughter and I to get a full set and came out with the worst experience and quality. They rushed through our appointment and applied matte polish that didn’t completely dry or something because it burnt so bad when he put my hands under the light I couldn’t bare it. My nails peeled open the next day leaking a weird black goo all over and was downhill from there. They were uneven, misshapen, not filed all the way down, not smooth and didn’t look like they confirmed with my natural nail lines. Very disappointed seeing as I was charged extra for matte and ombré for my daughter. The ombré by the way was just a light dusting of glitter on the bottom of her nails. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and that is what happened. Read reviews people and trust me when I say I don’t recommend anyone go here and if you do be on them like no other!!

Wonderful salon, sophisticated design elements. 20 massage chairs for pedicures. Excellent service all around, love the hot rock leg/foot massage with the royal pedicure. 2 thumbs up.

Attention to detail was lacking by having visible brush strokes in my shellac, but overall pretty good experience. Was a 1st time customer, called to set up appointment, mentioned I was new,l and was never told they only accept cash tip by the receptionist. I had to make a second trip after stopping by the bank.

I was very impressed by my experience with this place. Ive never had an issue once. Walked in and they set the expectations for how my nails would look. And gave me their honest opinions and very helpful. And did a perfect work. The shop itself is actually big and very clean! I cant wait to bring my friends!

I am done with this place forever! Just walked out of there after being completely ignored for 15 minutes or so (not the first time thats happened). The times I have gone there (because its the closest to my home) I have felt like they think theyre doing me some huge favor. Several nail techs have cut my feet because they are such in a hurry to be done with the pedicure. They never apologize. I always tip at least 20%, and I try to do so in cash as their signage demands. My business is clearly not appreciated. My last complaint is with the temp in the place. Either get fans or turn the AC on.

Prices are outrageous. They charge premium without asking what services you want. $40 for a basic manicure? That chips after 3 days. No thank you. Not sure why this place is so busy. And they “require” cash tip. Good luck!

Kevin is absolutely fantastic!!! I didn’t even see him originally but came in an hour after leaving because I (me, my fault) smudged one of my freshly painted toes and he came to my rescue!Like I said, he wasn’t even the one to paint my toes initially, he swooped in, found the color that had been used (he has all of the polishes memorized), fixed multiple toes and sat me under the drier! Amazing!!! Do yourself a huge favor and go see Kevin immediately!

Kevin did an awesome job making my short nails look so natural with the dip powder! He is super friendly and the environment of the salon is soothing. I highly recommended this place and particularly Kevin!! I’ll for sure come back!!

My nails are beautiful! They were a little more expensive than Im used to but you get What you pay for. I had mimi and she did wonderful. Its already been a week and they still look fabulous and shiny. Plenty of color and design choices. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys quality nails that look amazing!

I just had a wonderful gel mani with Kevin. He did a fantastic job. I have been to a lot of nail places and Allure is by far the best! They are veryfriendly there and give the BEST manicures and pedicures. It is so worthchecking them out!

I love Allure Nails. Kim is always awesome and remembers everything. I finally had Kevin do my nails and will highly recommend him. He is funny and makes you feel special. He really cares about what he is doing. Ive been going there since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Even if I had a small flaw, it has always been taken care of immediately.

I sure had the best pedicure ever and the very best technician to do the pedicure. His name is Vihn and hes personable and knowledgeable about more than just feet. I recommend everyone to go there and u wont b disappointed at all. Wow Ill go back whenever Im in town and that was my first time ever going to get a pedicure/manicure while being out of town. U gotta go there.

All the ladies were nice too. They work at a quick in and out pace but still strive to provide attentive customer care and satisfaction. My manicure was tidy and efficient. A must go, this is a diamond in the mine. Will be returning for more.

I come to town every year for the holidays to visit family and treat myself to a gel nail manicure. However this is possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not ask for Christine. She is possible the rudest nail tech I’ve ever encountered. I showed her the design I wanted and left it on my phone for her to see and she snapped at me and said, I don’t need that, I’m a professional. Professional I think not. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The design is cute. But she left loads of nail polish on the bottoms of my fingers. Her snowflake design was a bit sloppy. I will not come back here ever because of this experience.

I love this nail salon, the interior is beautiful and everyone is really nice. Especially an employee named Kevin! He does my nails every time and they always come out amazing! Great service!! I recommend going here. Everybody is so kind. I enjoyed my manicure along with getting my eyebrows done. Manicures and Pedicures are done very precise and very neat. You will always be satisfied with your nails after visiting Allure Nail Bar. I am very cautious with my eyebrows and was very hesitant with letting anybody near waxing mine. If you are needing your eyebrows shaped or straightened up, Christine will follow all of your needs and specifications. The staff at Allure provides the best care for their costomers.

My daughter and I received great service from Mimi. And the receptionist was so sweet and friendly. It was a great experience.

I almost didn’t try this place because of the reviews but so glad I did. Just left and it is my third time and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I had Mimi this time and she did amazing on my nails and was so meticulous. The salon is so clean and inviting. Trust me this place is the best in town! Go see them you won’t be disappointed.

I will not be coming back here. Charging $5 to take nail polish off my nails is ridiculous! I have been a loyal customer since moving to Gunbarrel and Longmont for 2 years, but no more. The communication between the front desk folks and nail techs is terrible. I dont understand why it is so difficult to understand what kind of services I want? Also- if you are not working on my nails, do not get involved!!! I had 2 separate people comment on my services when the woman doing my nails didnt say anything at all. I was so furious I left before getting my gel manicure and went somewhere else where I was taken seriously and efficiently.

I just had a shellac manicure done and it was a lovely experience! Peter did my nails and he made me feel very comfortable! He has a great eye for detail! I felt pampered and my nails look great! As long as they last, I will be coming back!

I had a great experience here! Everything was super clean and everyone super nice! I got shellacs and theyve lasted for quite a while now, there hasnt been chipping or anything. Some of my friends got acrylics and they turned out really nice too. The price was reasonable for such good quality, I would definitely recommend this place!

I had the most WORST experience. I got a pedicure and a full set. So I got my pedicure first and the lady accidentally cutt me, I mean I didn’t make it a big deal cause I know she didn’t do it on purpose. But so that happens and I end up getting my full set I show him a picture and he seemed super confident. So he was doing my nails, and than he tells me at last “ we don’t have the stuff to do those types of nails. So after an hour or so you gonna tell me this. So he asked me if I wanted some different and I said okay I’ll just do Grey so he did gray on me and it was a simple gray nothing exciting and he CHARGE ME 50$ for a simple as gray and let me tell you i made him do my nails SHORT AS HELL and he charged me 50$!

Great Service. I stumbled upon this salon because I work across the street and I wont go any where else. They are always friendly and take the best care of their customers. Especially Kevin and Henry, those guys work so hard at making sure I leave with the most beautiful nails in town.

Without a doubt the best nail experience I’ve ever had! I came in with a poorly done acrylic manicure, and needed it fixed badly. Kevin did a phenomenal job fixing my nails as they were completely unrecognizable from the originals! For being a higher end nail salon it certainly didnt feel like it... definitely NOT an inviting atmosphere what so ever. I received a pedicure and it was okay, other than I sat without water in the bowl for 20 min (good thing I had an appointment). The receptionist however is the reason I am taking my business somewhere else. She was beyond RUDE, everyone was an inconvenience for her and her eye rolls was the cherry on top. She was also wearing slippers? Unprofessional in my opinion, what a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN.

Helen does impeccable work

No happy at all with my experience, I was going in for a rebase and ended up having all my nails taken off and starting a new set. So I had a medium/ long nail length and that’s what I asked for. I ended up with extremely short horribly painted nails for $60. A waste of a new set. Painted and shaped horribly as well. Would definitely not recommend.

Christine is amazing! Ive been seeing her for a few months and she does great work. The staff is friendly and recognize the regular clients. Would recommend to anyone!Stay away from Kevin! He is so rude!! The things he says he should not be saying to clients!! Anyones husband or boyfriend that heard him talk would be so pissed!! Hes so in appropriate.

My roommate and I wanted a fun day out and decided on a pedicure. We came in and waited for twenty minutes while others walked in and were seated before us. Then we were finally seated and waited thirty minutes soaking our feet in cold water, and were never acknowledged. We even had time to dry our feet and leave with our socks now wet. No one said anything when we got up to leave. Seriously its almost funny how ridiculous it was. Dont even try it here. Horrible

Kevin is the very best!! He is sweet and friendly and an amazing nail stylist. I love relaxing and having him do a foot massage and a hand massage! Such a talent 😁

This place is dangerous!!!! Yesterday, my daughter and I both walked out feeling like we had surgical procedures rather than pedicures. We had bleeding, painful fingers and toes. My tech twisted one of my toes to the side while clipping the cuticle to the point that I thought it might break! She dug out and clipped the sides of my big toenails so they are red and swollen today and the toenail is coming to a slanted point at the tip. It is really scary. My daughter has saw marks in her skin like deep papercuts from her nails being filed into her quick. The lady pounded her legs during themassage as well. She was CRYING when we left and I had to put Neosporin on both of us to prevent an infection. What was supposed to be fun and relaxing was a nightmare! There is no training or overseeing of staff. Beware.

This morning I went to Allure Nail Bar for my pedis and It’s an excellent services! I called ahead to make sure that they had openings for me. She was very sweet. She didnt rush through it like most others Ive encountered. Its reasonably prices. There is no doubt in my mind that Ill be back!

I went at 9 AM on a Friday and I was the only customers. They were extremely patient. I truly loved the staff - Without damaging my nails by scraping off the shellac as any places Ive been to! Def will recommend this place.

I typically go to designer nails but this place was recommended by a co worker and closer to home. Total waste of time my time and money, after getting home and double checking the service I paid for I called the salon to ask for a PARTIAL refund because the mani I paid for was $56 but they didn’t use the stones or clip my cuticle or file my nails she just used the orange peel with a massage and painted my nails with shallac. They informed me they don’t offer refunds id half to come in for a correction and waste another hour in there.

My go-to nail salon in town. I dont have a person, but everyone that has done my nails has a done a great job - I think that says a lot about a nail salon when you can really count on any of the techs. The inside is spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. They provide water bottles if you want. Im not sure if they still do it, but they have wine too. Pricing is about what youd expect - not cheap, but not pricey. Its not cash only, but cash is definitely preferred.

I love this place! I’ve been in many times but this last time I had Kevin and he was wonderful. He did a great job and was so easy to talk to! My go to place.

I feel super torn here..i love the work they do and the variety of pedicures you can choose from. but it’s always a long wait and i get super frustrated when they don’t answer their phone. i feel like there’s a lack in communication with wait times at the nail salon and i have an uncomfortable experience sometimes there. i wish that was better.

I used to go to this place only for Kevin, that little love. Anyone know what salon he moved to after we was fired? I am not sure if I will keep going or just follow Kevin. His dip manicures were on point and I am not as happy with the current techs....I want to just find Kevin.

Ive been to here on a 01/24/2018 to get a Hand change and I so glad I did! She was wonderful - thorough. The tools ARE used via autoclave very hygienic!!! Its such affordable price!
