It seams to be going down hill,looks dirty, parking is bad ...people park pass the curbs cant see around them to go where I need to go.trashy yards.junked up car- ports spilling out junk...I use to recommend people to move there. now I tell them, pay more go some where you can enjoy and feel safe.

We recently bought a home here we have been here for two weeks now, we love the place, its quite, nice neighborhood the Manager Erica is outstanding, if you have a problem she jumps right on things for youWe love it here and were home. :)

Super happy we moved from this place. Such rude neighbors. The manager doesnt do nothing just for her favorites. We came to her with problems over the years and nothing ever happens. Shes horrible at returning your calls, well she never returned our calls or our realtors. We couldnt be happier to be out of this place, in my opinion stay away!

Every week you get a letter from the office for anything. You cant have this or that because youll be asked to remove it and all they say is “oh corporate made us do it”. Its like they just want you to come home and sleep. Cant wait to get out of here. My brothers and I moved here because its cheap but its worse than living in a high end neighborhood with HOA. I will give no stars but one is the lowest so one it is. The ones giving five stars probably dont live here😑

Get your street ID signs replaced, makes it hard for deliveries. Have your residents put their house numbers on there home.

Not a very good place to live, pelple are very disrespectful no control and children all over on the loose.
