I have had 2 cylinders in with damage to the rods. They were able to get them fixed up and back to me in less than a week.

Had a mechanical issue in the field. Brought it in and they helped service and return me to work in no time. Price was unbeatable anywhere. Would recommend to anyone!

Truly recommend these guys! Got exactly what I needed, in the time frame that was promised.

We were quoted 3k a piece to have some 30 cylinders rebuilt. We supplied the seal kits. After 3 weeks they called back to say they were not able to work on them and needed to rent some bigger tooling and the price was now 12k each. Another hydraulic shop called us to say they could handle the cylinders but would not do it through these guys, only direct. The other shop didnt think they would get paid by Northern. We told them we would pick up the cylinders and take them elsewhere. They charged us $2500 for the space, and only managed to gall up the cylinder barrels. On top of that they lost $3,000 dollars in seal kits, and told us to screw off its not their problem. Absolutely do not deal with these guys, they are crooks.

Took in a cylinder that was leaking to be resealed - got it back with a new seal but it still leaks a little- maybe not the end if the world.A few months later i took a pair of hydraulic drive motors in to be re sealed. Was quoted about 200 each told it would be $1800 each. told these guys not to touch them anymore and took them to the dealer and got them rebuilt for $400 eachCould have bought brand new brand name motors at $1100 each. Definitely wont be back here and would recommend against anyone else using this shop

Took in a rod and head of cylinder for a customer to have resealed. They called me 2 days later to pick it up. I asked if I could pick it up after the weekend. I was told that they were tired of moving it around the shop. I picked it up shortly after. When i picked it up i was informed that the seal kit i had provided was wrong (but instead of returning it to get the correct seal kit they used a few parts and through the rest out) When I went to install it the wear bands on the piston where wrong and it would not go back together. I took it and the barrel back to them to show them. I was told that the bands they had installed where the original bands that came out of it that they had not been replaced. They obviously where brand new but the guy who had built it argued with me that they had not been replaced and that those where the originals. Not only had they put the wrong parts together they then told me that they had not replaced parts that they had billed for. The cost was another issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Crooked!
