Hearing HealthCare has been treating my hearing needs for 8 years. I started with 1 hearing aid and now use 2 chargeable hearing aids with 4 settings which helps me in singing, one-on-one and group conversations. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to providing good hearing to their patients.

Cost of fixing hearing aid went up to $400. Not too long ago they were charging $300. They had a loaner aid to help me get through the repair period. It took a week to do the repair. Staff is knowledgable not trying to hard sell a new set of aids.

They always are so friendly and competent. my last scheduled appt was not in their system for some reason, I offered to schedule another time, but was worked in right away. very happy with the product and the service and care.

Even the first time I went in I liked the office. Nice people, never had to wait long. Got my hearing tested and found out what I had been missing. They gave me a few options on hearing aids, got them in and set them up. When it came time to order more batteries I called the number, gave the info and had them in just a few days. In fact they came in a day quicker than an Amazon order I made the same day.

The entire staff at Hearing Health Center is consistently. They are glad to see you, friendly and helpful. The audiologists are knowledgeable and answer all questions, explaining things in an easily understood manner. I would not go elsewhere for my hearing aid needs!!
