This place is amazing! They are incredibly quick and its very clean/sanitary. I never had to wait past my appointment time. Overall an amazing experience. Will continue to go to them for all hair removal.

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted for my wedding. They looked amazing the first day and still look amazing over a week later!!! I have SUPER blonde eyebrows and Karen chose the perfect color!

Poor customer service, 4 people up front and didn’t even acknowledge when I walked in. I had to say something first. I also don’t like when the person who waxed you is standing there when they ask if you would like to leave a tip.

Not a good experience for a first time wax. I was out of there in 10 minutes. The girl didn’t care that I needed a break, she just kept on waxing.Yes, this review is from the times I went in 2018. After trying another place I realized how the service does not compare to the new place I go to now. The Wax Factory always seemed to want to get me out of there in 5 minutes. Everything was always so rushed. I didn’t know better so I kept on going back until I found another place that accommodated me better and made me feel more comfortable and taken care of. I might have taken a friend to get a wax service because you were the only place in Longmont I knew about at the time. Waxing should not be an express service. Sorry and please provide me your email if you’d like to discuss this any further.

I got an eyebrow wax/tint today and Unfortunately I left with botched eyebrows. I told the woman that I like my thick brows and want to keep the shape. This woman waxed off the start of my eyebrow creating a huge gap in-between my eyebrows. Made only one of my arches flat and thin. My eyebrows are so uneven and thin I’m worried it’s not going to grow back. It was NOT the manager that did this it was a different employee I won’t name. The manager was very nice and respectful about it and refunded me with no question. I’ve been crying all day so I don’t think I’ll ever get my eyebrows waxed ever again.I really wish she would have asked how I like my brows even though I told her once.

I was visiting, and came here after reading the reviews. They were not joking about being the fastest waxing you ever have! I had a Brazilian and Underarms, and was in and out in about 10 mins. I was skeptical at first, wondering if she got all the hair out. To my surprise, everything was out, just missed 2 little hairs! Would definitely come back whenever Im in the area.

After having gone to the same place for four years I was really nervous to go to a new place. I loved the fact that I was able to just walk in without an appointment. The rooms are full rooms and super private. The gal that did my wax was super friendly, and made me feel comfortable immediately. She was fast and efficient. She used strips so I was nervous about that since Im used to hard wax but honestly it was less painful and I had less skin lifting and less pain after. She got all of the hair. I couldnt be happier. Ill definitely be going back.

Wax Factory makes getting waxed so easy! No appointment needed and I usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes max. Their prices are great (lower than others) and all the ladies that work here are very nice making the wax a comfortable experience whether you’re getting eyebrows or a full Brazilian. If you wax regularly ask about their packages!

AWFUL I’m so mad. I have been here several times and the experience was good but today I went in a they butchered my eyebrows. I stated very clearly and specifically I like my eyebrows thick and to just clean them up and the woman made my eyebrows sooo thin. She was so fast and rough it’s going to take months to grown back my eyebrows. I will never go here again.

I’ve had one Brazilian here that seemed to be quicker and less painful than most but I got my eyebrows done and probably won’t again because I was trying to grow them out and she completely butchered one of them, took way more than I would have like from the center in one side so now I’m lopsided. Would recommend Brazilians here though.

I’ve been going to the Fort Collins location for a couple of years but live in Berthoud so, have frequently visited the longmont location. Same quality fast affordable services as the North location and great staff!! They are wonderful!!
