This title company didnt act in our best interest at the closing of our home. They received a corrected closing statement from our lender minutes after we unknowingly signed the wrong documents at closing. Instead of using due diligence and contacting us immediately when they received corrected documents, they did nothing. By the time we realized we had signed the wrong documents, we had no recourse. We lost several thousand dollars at the hands of First American. I would not recommend them.

I think it’s funny that you mask your poor service by claiming loan fraud. We trusted you and our bank to act on or behalf. Do not use this title company. Go somewhere else. You have many choices. Do research and find someone you can trust.
