Overall was a great experience! Check in took awhile because of COVID precautions but they did a good job of moving us through. I was really stressed for my exam and the team there did a great job of being supportive. Rene (I apologize if I misspelled) even gave me a small pep talk beforehand. Standardized testing can be a rough experience and I really appreciate the effort that they took to make the experience as easy as possible. Thank you.

They are very professional and serious at Prometric. Arrive early, because it takes a while to check in and go through the security protocols. You end up testing in a small room at a cubicle. They have noise cancelling headphones which help a lot. I only wish they would open the window to get some fresh air in there! An air purifier would help too.

This place is cool and well run. Glad I went here instead of taking the test at home, it helped me focus.

Awful. Ive been trying to call them for over a week and they have never responded. The greenwood Village office responds every time. I would recommend going there if you have the chance.

Testing center is closed and I received last minute information of this news and its not an easy process to reschedule these kinds of tests. I scheduled my test over a month ago and this company will happily take your money if you are late, although if they mess up they wont take the responsibility.

All was as expected, my test went smoothly my seat was comfortable.

Worst experience ever. Even fast-food restaurants have a more courteous staff. Rene is having a power trip and does not know how to read a simple acceptable IDs form.Please hire someone that knows how to read English and understands the idea of customer service.I Would rather drive to their other location than deal with Rene and her lack of common sense.Stay away from this place!!!

I just moved to colorado and got placed in testing a couple weeks into getting here, I was able to test out 30 days from my sign up date thats pretty conveinent. . I have been to Prometric testing centers in va and was never met by the kindness and enthusiasm for a stress free testing experience . I got lost !they helped me get there ! It was nice being treated like a human being instead of some robotic being processed for jail type situation. Some signage on the shopping center by the street would be helpful unless Imissed it, its tucked back a bitKy

By far the worst costumer service. Go to the other Prometric center. Way better facilities and more understandable respectable staff.PrometricGreenwood Village, CO

The women were rude and unprofessional. They got in a scream match outside of the testing room. I could hear them from inside the testing room with noise headphones on.

Very easy process and very nice staff.

Staff at this facility is uncourteous and disrespectful. I would suggest going to a different facility.

All staffs are very nice! Facility is clean and I wasnt bothered at all during test. Especially, Tim is really friendly and explained how to take a test here.

Caring and lovely people

I would give zero stars if that were possible. The testing center almost wouldnt let my wife take her test when the found she was a green card holder and not a citizen. The forced her to turn her pockets inside out and an a metal detector over her. Its easier to visit someone in prison than taking a test here. For a 5 hours test no water allowed. The staff was rude and overall terrible.

Great facility! The set up was very conducive to test taking and minimized distractions from other test takers. Staff was friendly and made the whole process clear and easy to follow.

Cramped, bland space in a run down strip mall. I realize test sponsors set a lot of the rules, but turning my back pocket inside out seemed a bit unnecessary.
