As soon as they found out I was not planning a five star vacation, one of the agents began talking down to me, and I could tell she just wanted me out of there, as if I was wasting her time. Decided to try again with a diffferent agent, and didnt receive much of a response. Very disappointed. I understand that they need to make money, but they could have treated me with more respect instead of looking down on me. Found a different travel agency in Loveland called Loveland Travel King. They were EXTREMELY kind to me and assisted me with everything I needed, and I booked my tickets with them instead.
