Putting on my “best” is important to me. Art cleaners helps me do just that. Their care for my clothing items is important and they look brand new when they are returned them to me…. Loving their delivery service too.

I love that I can text them almost anytime and they are so responsive to my spontaneous request. I really enjoy having them as a cleaner.

Art cleaners was recommended to us when we first moved to Colorado and we have been using them ever since.

Dropped suit off Tuesday morning and they said it would be ready in 24 hours. First the person in Longmont said it was in Boulder. Drove to Bouldrf this morning and now find out its in Greeley. I have a flight to catch this afternoon. Going to have to rock another suit. Wish I would have gone 1 mile further to Curts or Lamplighters. Never have issues there.If I could give a 1 star I would.

Only problems I have had were on two occasions the alternations I had requested were not done and I had to take the clothes back in. The second go round they were done as requested. Since I am retired I am wearing clothes the can be washed and dont need special treatment.

The store owner truly cares about their customers and is very responsive. I’m shocked. They went above and beyond - great customer service. Thanks!

Reliability and qualityp

Absolute joke. After picking up my garment and inspecting it at home I found chunks of food stuck on my garment that werent there when I drop it off. There was no cleaning done whatsoever. The Garment was exactly as it was when I dropped it off, other than the additional food chunks they added to it. I was able to take a simple damp rag and improve the cleanliness of the Garment significantly. They obviously never touched it. They were still happy to take my money from me. Thieves. Ill be stopping in to get my money back. Well see how that goes. Expect a follow-up.

We normally bring our dry cleaning here, and we discovered the other day that the door/google/an employee say they close at 7:00, but they really lock the doors before that so they can start closing (which I was told by an employee is not uncommon). We specifically made a trip there to drop something off only to get ignored at the door. Just a heads up to all the other busy people who don’t want to make the same trip more than once.

Is is awesome to have my dry cleaning picked up and dropped off at my home.

Horribly overpriced. When asked about pricing they said that they would have the manager call us back and that prices were posted online. Manager never called us and we could find no where online.
