I worked with Curt who couldn’t have been more likable/knowledgeable. Curt allowed us to take the time necessary to decide if the car fit our needs with absolutely no pressure. I felt Curt wanted the best for our son. Now this is truly astounding…while awaiting the final detailing, Curt called to say the tires needed replacing. Note I already paid for the car and Red’s replaced them! They explained the tires would have been replaced during preparation for sale, but I arrived / purchased the car before the complete inspection occurred. Most folks would say “the car is sold, move on”. Not here and that is why I chose the word integrity in my initial description.I will buy my future automobiles from Red’s. Amazing experience all the way around. Drove from Texas to purchase my daughters dream car 2008 Saturn Vue. Stan went above and beyond before I even left Texas to make sure I was happy with the car. Unfortunately I had a family emergency back home as soon as I arrived in Colorado. I emailed Stan and he was so accommodating. When I arrived he had everything prepared already so we could test drive and I could be on my way home quickly. Justin was wonderful with all the paperwork. I absolutely appreciated the fact that every employee has the authority to do their job to the fullest without waiting for approval from someone else. No bouncing back and forth between offices, or waiting for them to go talk to someone else and the electronic paperwork is wonderful. You dont feel like yours signing your life away with a million pages. After I left I stopped for a bite to eat and my check engine light came on. (Its a 2008 vehicle I almost expected that) I went back to the dealership just to see what it was. I honestly just wanted to know what I was dealing with, and if it was ok to make the trip back to Texas. They were so kind and not only did they check the code (O2 sensor, I certainly could have made it back home just fine) but they ordered the part right there on the spot and put it in themselves! Service technicians were not available!! They did it themselves!! Before they came up with a solution I got some pretty deviating news from home and they were so comforting and understanding. I felt like I was with family. They are not just sales people... They are some fantastic people with hearts the size of Texas! After test driving Stan told me about the scenery around and said it was a shame I couldnt go see.. when I left there I went to see the mountains he was talking about. Very peaceful and just admiring the beauty did my heart so much good. Stan text me to make sure I made it home ok, and if that wasnt more amazing than anything.... I received flowers from them as well. I dont want to go anywhere else for my vehicles again.. even if its a 14 hour drive!!! Thank you, each and every one of you, for being amazing human beings!!

I’ve never actually pulled the trigger on a vehicle but Mike and Justin still take the time to talk with me and try and earn my business! Friendly enough. What you see is what you get.Looked at a vehicle, saw some things that were concerning with the vehicle based on their price.Straight out of the gate, the salesman says he cant change the price or it comes out of his pocket. The vehicle wasnt bad per say, but my friend bought a same truck with navigation, no paint issues, non-rusted tailpipe, and 2 years newer for only 1000 less. It did have 30,000 more miles on it, but my opinion doesnt fill the gap in the price.I would think that if theres something a customer has a problem with on a vehicle it would at least be discussed/validated and not chalked up to leaked oil from an oil change. I know where the filter is and its not in a place that a boot should have fluid on it from an oil change. The end of the tailpipe was about half left due to rust. Again not horrible, but something I would replace. Paint on the hood wasnt the best, a hood shield had been there but was removed and there was evidence of it on the hood still where it was previously attached.I left without purchasing a vehicle. It wasnt a bad experience, just know ahead of time the price is not going to change, or so I was told.

Truck shopping has been a bit of a nightmare in the current market but we are glad we finally found the right one. Mike was great to work with, even came in on his day off to show us the truck he knew wouldn’t be around long.

Bought a truck from Reds. They had bought the truck at auction and did not know much about truck. Ended up needing a new injector. However, Reds did all the injectors instead of just the one that was bad. This is the kind of shop that they are. Great experience here, friendly staff, and fair pricing on purchasing and trade in.

Easy no pressure buying experience

Mike was our salesman, he did a great job. He was willing to work with me financially. Additionally this is a dealership which not only accepts but welcomes cash and doesn’t push for financing which I really appreciate. They stayed open late since we had to drive 2 hours to get there and all the staff was wonderful and welcoming, no high pressure sales. This was also the fastest and most efficient car buying experience I’ve had! Thank you!

The staff was friendly enough, but they were unable to deliver when it came to financing. The lenders they go through are as small and obscure as the dealership itself and are unable to finance anyone with a less than favorable credit score. Typically, a dealership will try 3-4 places and stop. Does Red’s do this? NOT AT ALL!!! Why, they’ll try and try and try again! They’ve sent credit applications to 11 different credit unions, banks, and other places (most of which I’ve never heard of) in an attempt to get me financed even after I told them I went to another dealership and got financed. Their thoughtfulness/helpfulness has been successful only in lowering my credit score a good 70 points. And not just me! Oh no, that would be negligent on their part. They’ve done the exact same thing to my wife and her credit score. I’d give half a star for the rating if I could.

Had great relationship with the owner mike and the sales person justin, we agreed on a price and it was all good. The car just came in today and i was very disappointed. 1) I told them many times make sure its clean inside and out. Because apparently a $400 detail doesnt cover cleaning the inside and the engine bay... shake my head. And right as it came off the trailer I saw a crack on the front bumper wing. Neither Mike or Justin told me about even though I asked them if there is any body damage, they said A few dings, nothing serious. I was so happy for my car to come in and now im just so bummed out.

I was a little testy in a review that I posted awhile back regarding the 2012 Hyundai Genesis. I was hoping to get a good price knowing that I would have to invest quite a bit to get it to the high standards I set for myself. I was thoroughly surprised at the service given here. I was not the one in the market for the vehicle but a friend asked me to come with because I myself sell cars. The salesperson seemed like they hated their job and were pushy when told no. A lack of disclosure led us to leave.

I was not actively looking for a vehicle to purchase but have always browsed a certain few makes and models. Well, one popped up on social media that caught my attention at Reds Auto & Truck. So I called to check availability and talked to Mike in sales. I showed up and checked out the car I was interested in. It was everything I like and was looking for and was priced very well. We discussed a trade-in but couldnt get the numbers quite right. So instead, I purchased the car without a trade-in. Mike in sales was wonderful to work with, he was busy but still made it a point to stay in contact with me while I waited. I noticed another gentleman talking to some people that also just purchased a car, and I later found out it was Mike the owner. After my purchase was complete Mike (owner) took it upon himself to come and chat with me and we ended up talking for about an hour and it was past closing time. I really liked that he spent the time to chat a bit with people and be engaged with them. I am a car guy and love talking cars with people. I liked there selection and the overall experience was great! I would highly recommend anyone to stop in and see what they can do. It was a straight forward experience and felt no pressure. Straight shooters here. My friend who is a retired master mechanic bought a car from this dealership before and had a great experience and so I came to check out a truck. They had what I was looking for, it was an overall easy experience. Stan is whom I worked with, honest no pressure sales. They also have quite a large lot and a large variety of prices/models so id recommend heading over there to get an idea of different cars.

We were looking for a Chrysler 300 after wrecking our last one. Not a white one or a black or silver one. Found a cherry red one. Was just what we wanted. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used truck at Reds! They had an older truck in my price range with low miles and in great shape. I met with Curt who was very friendly and approachable without giving off that used car salesman vibe. The president Mike was able to work with us to put new tires on the vehicle even though he didnt have to, but it sure made me feel safer about driving my family to school in it everyday.The day we picked up the vehicle, it overheated several miles down the road. I called Curt to let him know what had happened and we were able to get the vehicle back to the shop safely. They were able to inspect and fix the issue in a few days, which required a new radiator at no charge to us out of goodwill.The team at Reds auto was nothing less than amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would definitely return in the future and recommend their service for good used vehicles with excellent service.

Hello, I usually do not like to write reviews but thought this one needed to be posted. We got to the dealership with an approval from a credit union just ready to close the deal. For whatever reason the financing person was not accepting this from a credit union that was on their list of creditors, after a conversation they made several calls and 1hour later was finally ok with accepting our financing. They had no intentions of delivering a clean vehicle or delivering good customer service. I bought some cars in the past but nothing like this. I did not walk away because I was helping a family member get his first vehicle and could not have him change his mind on the truck but if it was up to me I would have walked away!

Friendly and courteous service, they obviously want happy customers based on my experience with them because they went the extra mile!!!!

The overall buying experience was a good experience. They found me great terms on a loan and I love the car. The warranty followed Murphys Law though....not one problem in the first 3 month/3,000 miles. The moment my warranty expired it started dumping oil from the turbo. Im literally 300 miles over warranty and looking to spend $1,000 to fix something that shouldnt be an issue. Reds replaced the turbo at time of purchase, so it shouldnt be leaking like it is 3,300 miles down the road.

Mike is a great guy! There are tons of vehicles on this lot that are fairly priced for what youre getting. So far Ive had a vehicle I purchased from him for about 2 weeks and have had no issues thus far! He was able to work with me on getting financed at a great interest rate as well. One thing I am still waiting for is that the car came without a remote key, but Mike promised that he would generate one for me and that I would just need to visit back eventually. Looking forward to that, and maybe re-purchasing again from him in the future!

All vehicles come with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. They seemed honest and upfront, have been doing business since 1974. Would recommend them if looking for a quality used vehicle.

I bought a 2004 Gold Highlander from Reds in the summer of 2014. In the 3 years I owned it, all I had to do was change the tires, which was known at the time of purchase. The owner even cut the already low price by $400 in order to account for the expected expense. The service was excellent and the car was perfect for the 40,000 miles I put on it. This vehicle was recently totaled and Im just about to head to Reds again to buy another car due to my excellent first experience! Do not let the negative reviews discourage you from making up your own mind!

But, Mike and Stan were both very helpful and incredibly transparent.Even though I didnt end up purchasing my vehicle from them, I would recommend anyone to this dealership in a heartbeat. They were generous with their time and very interested in their customers interests - their pricing is reasonable and there are no hidden fees or charges that come up when you sit down to purchase. Really friendly people, very reasonable pricing, and very transparent business practices.

My husband and I had been looking for an SUV for a long time and we found one at Reds. Everyone was awesome! I have bought two great cars from Reds now..both times I was treated great and the follow up service was excellent..the second car I bought had an engine light come on..I called Justin and with out any hesitation he had my car picked up at my home and was in the shop asap...not only did I have the issue resolved I was not charged for anything. I was called and asked permission to do the work and they kept me informed..they stood by there word and for that reason I will continue to be a customer. Very helpful staff. Really helped me find a vehicle with the specifications I was looking for within the price range that I wanted. The vehicle ended up having unforeseeable issues after purchase (check engine light and service stabilotrak notice) but Reds fixed it, no muss no fuss, and had a loaner car available for me to drive while my truck was in the shop. I really appreciate everything they have done. Plan to return if I ever have other truck buying needs and would definitely recommend a friend or family member.

Clean facility, great cars, great service, worth the drive from Aurora! UPDATE: Our car we purchased ended up having a lot of issues including having to replace an axel. Had to buy another car and stuck with the Reds lemon.

I would highly recommend buying a car here! Mike the owner and Stan were great in helping with the purchase of my Jeep. It was easy, no pressure and getting financed was fast! When the AC stopped working, they took it back, gave me a free loaner car, and fixed the problem, with no question. Would recommend anyone to them. Great place to buy a car!

Came to Red’s several weeks ago to purchase a truck for my husband. When I was in an accident that totaled my vehicle yesterday Red’s was the first website I pulled up to look for a new vehicle. I emailed around 9:30 pm about swinging in the next morning to look at a particular car. Within minutes Mike texted with pictures of the car, he remembered us and who we worked with previously. Curt reached out in the morning to have the finance application completed. By the the time we arrived from Arvada we had the approval and just needed to drive the car. I ended up being more picky than anticipated, Curt, Justin and Mike were super accommodating. Ended up third car was the charm. Drove off with no issues. Again, great service! Thank you!! Hoping not to need a car for a long time, but when we do, we’ll be back.
