Sell product as excellent condition and working when its not. Lost 100s due to wrong information or just blatant lying from the auction company. Have their auction employees bidding up items to ridiculous prices, have witnessed it. Steer clear of this company

Extremely helpful handling my out of state bids + shipping. It is rare to see an auction house with this level of customer service, assistance and just downright friendliness. Im hesitant to even detail my experience because I dont want other people to take advantage of their kindness!

My husband passed away and left me with a machine shop in my basement to deal with. After a year of trying to sell and get machinery companies to buy, I tried a few auction places. I had heard bad things and how much they charge was out the window. Finally called Pacific Auction. I had tried to sort through some of the tooling, but still had no clue what went with which machine. Pacific Auction to the rescue. Lee and Mike came out looked over everything and said no problem. They would handle everything, and they did. They had to sort, file, and move everything in the basement. Since I lived in the mountains, having the auction there was not feasible. I just had to stand back and watch. I didnt get as much as I would have liked, but it was a whole lot more than I had. And they did do all the work of cataloging and moving! During that time, Lee mentioned they also do real estate. I had no thoughts of moving til Lee mentioned it. Soon I was listing the house by and land as and it sold before it made it online. I think within 2 days. Good thing about auctions is, as is where is. Since my husband and I were up on years not everything was kept up. Every one we delt with, was most helpful and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend Pacific Auction again,and again. They made it all so effortless on my part. It eased my mind so much to turn it over to their capable hands. Call them, it is so worth it.

They not only tracked mud all through the house, there were items missing, they drove across the lawn and cut the locks off the back gates, all they had to do was call! Next time we will go with someone who is more considerate of ALL your property!!!

Absolutely terrible company. We bid on two items paid in full and never received either. When I called the company to figure out why they told me then company they consigned for never provided the items they guaranteed were in their possesion before bidding. I have since had to file with the Colorado Attorney general forn fraud and the BBB. They did not respond to neither claim. We had to hire an Attorney in Colorado to represent us in filing theft by deception and fraud charges along with a civil claim to recover my money. Anyone interested in joining a class action lawsuit please contact me. I have reached out to several other customers who had this same experience.

Terrible experience with Pacific Auction. They damaged my car and didnt tell me about it. I only learned of the damage when I saw the car on my next visit because I decided to sell it elsewhere given that things werent moving with Pacific Auto after weeks and it was a hassle reaching anyone to get an update on my car sale. Didnt bother to acknowledge the damage, instead my main contact there tried to imply I was lying and that theyre not responsible for the damage. The guy was extremely rude, unprofessional and very well-versed in refuting any liability or fault for the damage. His non-chalance and arrogance was deplorable to say the least. I will not be using their services ever again!!!!
