I have had many massages throughout my life but today’s massage with Liz was by far the best I ever had. The experience began immediately when I walked in the door. Her space is very comfortable and Liz’s energy is relaxing and calm. Liz was professional, kind and made me feel relaxed before I even got on the massage table. I had a 90 minute stone massage and I walked out feeling like I was on cloud nine. She paid a lot of attention to my neck and shoulders which felt amazing. I will most definitely be back. I highly recommend Liz.

She has addressed my specific needs and assisted me in reconciling some old injuries. Professionalism and caring go a long way towards creating an environment of safety. Liz, is a wonderful and professional massage therapist! I have gone to several other massage therapists over the years, they just did not address my specific issues. Liz, listens to exactly what is happening regarding your body and tailors your massage to your current issues. I am very physically active person and I have different issues to be be addressed every time I see Liz, she just takes it all in stride and everytime I leave a session, I am looking forward to my next appointment.
