We had an appointment for the placement test and Hannah STOOD us UP Twice! First time she couldn’t get the rental car to come at the center on time. Of course, we were there at the door waiting. And then rescheduled for the next day at 4pm. So, we took the time off from work, got a babysitter to watch the other kid, got there on time but Hannah Didn’t SHOW Up! She didn’t answer her email or phone call. My daughter left heartbroken for the second times. Then, we emailed her again to see if she get our emails or everything was ok with her…no response.

Awesome center! Hannah is excellent as an owner and has equally talented and dedicated staff. We have had experience with various after school enrichment centers and I have to say, this is one of the best. They take their students seriously and I see a marked progress with our two children. Very happy we found this Kumon center for our family.

Less instructors and jammed place... long wait time for everything ...
