My favorite place to rent my cars. Rent a few cars a month from here and they’re always clean but most importantly their service is the best.

The customer service was excellent. Price was really good. Truck as really beat up but it got the job done. Would definitely recommend and also this is my second time here. But the first time was just a drop off. I am happy with my experience.

Stella is straight forward, she would telk you straight out without going around the bush. If you will be renting a truck, make sure you would have a reservation because theyre trucks are limited and it gets rented real fast, they also have a car rental. This facility is good to deal with with pure honesty and no extra charges that you be charged for. Always dealing with tgem when it comes to my truckibg needs. They will give suggestions that best suits your needs.

I reserved a cargo van online for pickup this morning and received a confirmation number. I got a call saying my cargo van was not available, but they did have a 26 truck. When I called Budget, they told me they could get a smaller truck at another location much farther away. When I spoke with a manager, he said the reservations state that they arent guaranteed. Now we are left with furniture ready to be loaded with no truck. Luckily another truck rental company does know how to manage inventory and we are able to go get a truck from them.If you want to avoid a major headache on moving day, go somewhere else.

I submitted a truck rental online for pick up in Fullerton and drop off in Long Beach and a day prior to my rental request, I was contacted by someone at the Fullerton office suggesting that I call the 1-800 number because the truck that I wanted was not available at that location. After a few phone calls, it was resolved by changing my pick up and drop off location to Long Beach, and I am sure glad things worked out the way they did!The two gentlemen who helped me with my rental in Long Beach, Steven and Thomas, were awesome! Picking up the rental and dropping it off was seamless. They made moving, which is always a pain, a bit better since they were both so polite and greeted me with a smile. Thanks guys!

I drive from Irvine just to go to Long Beach for this terrific service.When I rent a big truck it is often on an emergency move basis. We came to pick up a truck and they told us we don’t have it. Then the guy told us that we have another one coming that is a lift gate. We waited for it, after 15 maybe, he gave us a ramp truck that we paid for the same price. He’s a conniving person. This place doesn’t have any decency, to be honest, and at least have customer service. Bad business and taints the name of BUDGET...

Stella is the manager/owner there and both times Ive had the pleasure of renting from this establishment she has been there to greet us and take care of us. She goes to a completely different level of service for her customers and is absolutely passionate about it. She holds her employees to the same ideal and its all reflected in the exceptional level of service they provide. My only regret is that I live in Texas and that I cant refer her business to visitors. She and her staff deserve every bit of success that comes to them.

Rented a truck headed from Long Beach over to Georgia. The truck ran like a champ the whole way. The service was excellent as well. Talk to Will if you go there he is very professional, and knows his stuff (hint: you will know him by his mustache) I would recommend this truck rental anytime.

This lot of clowns are a joke. Drove 30 minutes to this location only to discover they did not have the truck available. Huge waste of time. After informing us that there were no trucks available, the guy at the desk was laughing while talking to someone on the phone. Its not funny that your company is incapable of maintaining vehicle inventory.Dont waste your time and money with this place. There are plenty of other options in the surrounding area that will appreciate the business.

At first it was good...got quoted $356 to rent it for 7 days....a little pricy but being a holiday weekend and last minute reservation...ok....but then I turn it in and they charged $456..$195 for a weekly rate and then an extra $215 damn dollars for insurance.....who they hell charges more for insurance than the car itself? these people do....next time ill stick to my regular rental place...Enterprise.....they dont ever do this...such a damn rip off!

I wished I would have the read the reviews first! I also reserved my truck online. I was about to uber to their location but something told me to call to make sure they had the truck ready for me. The rep told me that they DO NOT carry that size truck. I was appalled and I told him I had 2 emails stating that my reservation was confirmed. How can they reserve a card and put a hold on my card for a truck that will not be available to me?The rep said the emails should say that I have to call to confirm. I read both emails to him as I was on the phone and no where does it say that we have to call to confirm they have the truck I reserved. He kept saying that the emails should say it. Im posting pictures of the email I received and even the fine print on terms and conditions doesnt say to call!Horrible service from Budget website. Will stick to uHaul as I should have.

Last summer I moved from Long Beach to Sedona AZ and Stella and staff made it happen by getting in a truck and car trailer literally overnight (and on a very busy July 1 weekend - Stella and her staff were friendly and helpful and whenever I go back to the LBC I rent cars from Stella 😎 See you soon Stella!!

DO NOT RENT HERE. I wish I could give negative stars if the system allowed me. First I did my reservation online and everything seemed perfect. But when I called to confirm they raised the prices by $60 which Uhual came to be $70.00 total. Then I called and cancelled then this morning I checked my credit card and they charged me $50 to cancel it. Luckily I check my card and called them to reverse it. I can not believe this company. Worst experience every had and trust me I have rented lots of trucks.

The lady will overcharge you when you return the vehicle. Dont waste your money there. They will tell you false information when you rent.

Had a terrible exprerience at this place. I had asked for a 12 passenger van 1 month b4 my group event and precisely one day b4 our event, these people call me to ask if I still needed the van because they still didnt have it ready. I needed the van at 7 am and they didnt find me one til 10 am. And to make this experience even worse, the old lady that attended me was just TERRIBLE at explaining the payment process which delayed my family and I even more. The whole two hours that we were waiting there she did not mention all these extra fees and deposits that I almost didnt have enough to pay. Terrible place to rent a vehicle, will never go back there, and I dont recommend anybody to go here. #WorstOldLadyIEverMet

NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL THEM YOU SOME GUY IN INDIA OR MEXICO. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR ANYONE ELSE TO DRIVE . THE DOLLY DIDNT WORK BECAUSE THE STRAP WAS CUT TOO SHORT AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT . DO NOT GET A RENTAL TRUST ME ... NEVER AGAIN.
