I had just moved to the Long Beach area and was in need of a good dentist, so I visited this office for an initial exam and Xrays. My first appointment was mischeduled by Mimi who works in the front office, good thing I called in the morning before making the drive to the dental office. The following week when I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, the whole visit felt rushed, I had a sloppy teeth cleaning, the dentist was in a hurry because she had to pick someone up by 11am and on two occasions Mimi called me Jose and Miguel, when those arent my names. Also, Mimi seemed to micromanage the staff, office, the dentist and me, which created a tense environment. Mimi was sassy and had a short temper. Also, when it came time to check out and go over prices for my next visit, I had to write everything down on the back of business card, because Mimi could not be bothered to print out a quote like most dental offices do. Later, I went home and canceled my future appointments with this office, looked around and found a friendly, efficient and professional dental office to work with.

Everyone works as a team and extremely caring, efficient, and highly skilled Their digital imaging system was amazing. Had a chipped tooth which was all my fault. Dont open wrappers with your teeth !!! Had crown replacement. Absolutely perfect and impossible to tell it was a replacement. I am amazed.

I have been going to Los Altos Dental for over 20 years. What I love about the practice is the amazing staff. Everyone is always helping out each other. There is no hierarchy when it comes to helping each other and the patients. Everyone, from the doctors, to the front office staff cheerfully helps one another because the focus is really providing top notch care. The doctors and hygienist always treat the patients as if they themselves were seated in the dental chair. The result is that pain management and comfort is always a priority. Wait times for being seen are minimal, but they really spend a lot of time on each patient ... its truly amazing how well the office runs. I can go on, and on, in only positive descriptions.

I had a temporary crown before the COVID crisis, but it came loose Saturday night. I called Dr. Bateman immediately and she scheduled to see me. Now I am happy that I can EAT! Thank you Dr. Bateman for resolving my dental issue right away.

The fillings on my two front teeth popped out last night. I made it to the office by 7:30 this morning and they had me out by 9:30 am with the two fillings done and an extra cavity taken care of. I really appreciate Dr. Bonnie and her assistant Mimi. They were super cool, professional and they didnt try to sell me services I didnt need. I would highly recommend them.I used to go to small mom and pop office in South Gate, but they were bought off by Bright Now Dental. Since then, I always felt like they were always trying to sell me services I didnt need. Not to mention their horrible customer service.Los Altos Dental is my dentist from now on. Im sold on them.

Ive had some pretty awful experiences with dentists in the past but saw that Los Altos had good reviews here and on Yelp, so I went with it. Had a great experience. I am always looking for a dentist that explains things at my level and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. They certainly did that. I will be back!

The BEST dentist I have had so far. Friendly staff who are very professional and caring. They wouldnt force you to buy any cosmetic products like others I have experienced. They even cared for me when I lost my insurance. Theyre simply The Best!!!

I have been going to Los Altos Dental for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are like family for me. I know I will always get the best service and that they are truly committed to doing whatever they can to protect and save my teeth. Dr. Coriaty is relatively new considering the length of time I have been going to this office but she is outstanding in her work. Weve been through some tough times with my teeth and I value her work immensely. If you want dentists who care about you as a person and your teeth this office is for you.

My whole family has been going here for years (Grandma, Grandpa, Great Aunt, Mom, Dad, siblings, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins) and we enjoy their practice! All very welcoming and genuine! Always ask how you are feeling and listen to your concerns. Painless procedures!

I recently left a good review for Bonnie Bateman and Corriati and I wish that I could delete it. After getting my cavities done here I can no longer chew on the left side of my mouth. They have redone them 3 times and have told me that there is nothing they can do. I dont believe that. I recommended my boyfriend and he got 6+ cavities done here. He had the same EXACT issue and had to get them redone twice! We both will not be back here and you should take your business elsewhere. We pay too much money for doctors not to care. Get it together.

I have been terrified of the dentist my entire life, especially after having an awful, painful experience. Dr. Bateman is wonderful and incredibly mindful of this. She regularly asks to make sure I am not in any pain and is very sweet. When she makes recommendations she comes from a place of sincerity rather than judgment. I have never felt as comfortable in a dentist chair as I do with her!

Excellent customer service..! My hygienist explains everything before shes doing the work. I would have perfect if they take a the pics before and after. I know it takes time and may cause more money but its worth it to see the finished work.

I appreciated having a kind doctor and staff

I was a half hour early for my appointment and they were able to make it so I could get right in. Thankfully because I needed a filling replaced, which wasn’t planned. Rather than scheduling me to come back for that they were able to get it done since I was already there. I have high anxiety about having fillings done and I expressed my concern to Dr. Bateman because last time I wasn’t numb enough and could feel the drilling. Of course at that time they immediately stopped and gave me more novacaine but that still stuck with me. Dr. Bateman made sure I was numb enough this time and repeatedly asked how I was doing. This time around I didn’t feel a thing and I was done in a half hour.

Very nice facility with exceptionally professional staff that treat me well.

Dr. Coriaty always takes care of me and makes sure she gives us her best care. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

The other review, though it might have sounded like a paid one, likely wasnt - these guys are actually great at their job. Going to the dentist is never particularly enjoyable, but its far less awful here than a lot of places Ive been. Theyre usually roughly on time, never try to hurry you in and out quicker than they should, try not to cause unnecessary pain, etc.
