Andi is the best so very helpful in all my pool emergencies

We were having issue with not enough chlorine in our above ground pool. Decided to go this location our experience withAndi was amazing she just gave us from A to Z what we could do and even had to call her and she was caring a really genuinely heard me.You dont find such great customer service like hers alot these days so if I could I would give her 10 stars.Pool is great now !Thanks Andi

Long wait at checkout counter

Omg! This is the worst place to go to the last time we went to this particular store they sold us the wrong parts for our pool vac. Than when we went back to bring in pool vac. The guy who was quick to seek kit hid from us. Than the other gentleman working took our pool vac apart and was on the telephone playing with our vac messing with the gears. This wasnt our problem he kept giving us some really mean looks. Than while he had our whole pool vac torn apart he ended up helping another customer at the same time and now he had another customers pool vac apart along with ours. That jerk ended up mixing up parts between the both of us. When we went back to talk to a manager. She argued with my mother that those were right parts they sold us. We told her that worker hid and how the other guy had ours and another customers pool vac apart and now we are missing some parts. She told my mom they were right parts she put thousands of these together. What a great big laugh really than why did she ask my mom what screws and where they were that we were missing? Than my mom shows her and she says oh I didnt know those were there. Than was talking bad about us to her next customer. They are expensive and a very small store and employees are rude and are not knowledgeable in any areas of pool care

Every time Ive been in this store the employees were helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable.
