I called the facility and was very polite I asked where they were the person on the phone Was Asian she said what what I just want to know where you’re located please after going back-and-forth she gave me the address and I asked her are visitors allowed she said yes and she says I said She hung up. I asked her if visitors were allowed to see patients she said yes I said he’s not there right now he Is supposed to be there this evening she said no you’re not allowed please get somebody on the phone that knows how to converse in EnglishI believe this is the first time I’ve ever put anything negative up

The Staff is Very Profeccional..very king and Very Well Prerare...for Any Emergency...

I was a resident here for two months and while I didnt exactly enjoy it, I was comfortable. The staff is friendly, caring, and skilled, and made my stay a lot better than it otherwise would have been.

The staff is good to the residents and there social worker is very professional and sweet.

I was a patient there. I would not recommend it to anyone. Food is nothing worth rating & too small a portion. Patients are neglected. Not a good place@ all.

This place is very unprofessional, cant get any answers about the bruises on my antie arms, they take a lady to change her, her hair is never combed, Im taking her away from here, this place smells awful it smell like crap soon as you come in the front door, somebody has been stealing my antie clothes nobody knows anything get your family away from this place,all they want is their money😠😠😠they dont care about the residents and you can tell,this is a place from hell....

Poor assessments on a family member health. Wound care is poor, caused infection. No communication to family members of patient, and claimed they did. I wouldnt send my loved one there ever again.
