Great service and prices. George is the best!

Ordered pedal online 12/5, contacted seller on 12/15 because pedal had not shipped. Pedal shipped 12/19, arrived 12/24 with postage of $4.90 due. Called seller 12/29 and left msg, with follow up email several days later asking why this shipped postage due when I paid for postage in original order. No response. Contacted seller again on 12/29 to say I was refusing package delivery, and wanted a full refund. Seller responded 12/29 requesting a copy of the postage due receipt, and said he had no problems refunding the extra charge if there was one. Forwarded copy of receipt 12/29. Picked up pedal and paid postage due on 1/5. Requested postage due refund from seller. No response. Emailed another request 1/12. No response. I am still waiting for the postage due refund as of today,. I am happy with the pedal, but not with the customer service, or the promise of a refund for postage. I will not order online from this company again.

They are closed. Went by there several times. Never open
