I have been going to Human Designs for 20 years, and Ron has helped me for the last 25 years. Twenty-five years ago, I had major accident and broke my left leg and my doctor recommended me to wear a leg brace in order to not fall and break the bone consistently. My doctor recommended me to Human Design for the leg brace. Ron is very knowledge in his field and always went out of his way to accommodate me.I am sincerely thankful to Human Design and their personal staff as well. They are all kind, respectful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Human Design for anyone who is in need of the equipment that they specialize in.

Pls be careful before taking any service from this place.. they do a lot fraudulent while billing.They will give you one estimate while taking the services and they will say rest will cover by insurance. And, later on they are sending the bill to collector to force you pay the amount which you don’t own. I’ll filing the provider fraud case against them for manipulating the claims amount and lying the customer..Strongly don’t recommend this for anyone.

The only reason I gave them the second star is because the scheduling team is amazing! Beyond that all blah... I was given a wristband which was same quality as those I buy at local drug stores. Bulky and uncomfortable-Nothing personalized about a Velcro wristband... waste of time! Logged on to amazon and bought a better quality for less than my copayment.

Disappointing after a long lasting good experience. My son has two below knee amputations. We’ve been going to Human Designs for eleven years. We really liked the person who helped us at Human Designs; he always went out of his way to accommodate us. On our last visit to my son’s orthopedic doctor at UCLA, he insisted that my son should change his prosthetics provider because the liners he was fitted with werent recommended for his legs. The doctor recommended a specific person at another company. As soon as they saw his legs at the new place, they suggested custom liners, something that was never offered throughout our eleven-year visits to Human Designs, even though my son was having problems and pain throughout those years. To make matters worse, after we transferred to another company, Human Designs hit us with a huge bill even though they had our insurance information and they’ve been billing them for the last 11 years. Apparently, the authorization the doctor gave them didnt work for the prosthetics, which we didnt get. We filed a complaint with our insurance, and they explained that they were baffled by Human Designs behavior and that they will try to take care of the issue. It seems for Human Designs, money trumps an eleven year relationship.In response to Human Designs reply:Actually, that is not true. We got an authorization, but you needed a different authorization for the prosthetics, and even after your phone call, we explained that the insurance company and the doctor were more than willing to go back with an authorization (which they are still willing to do) but you were so worked out that we changed to another business that you very rudely refused to listen — and thats not only once, but on multiple occasions and with multiple people. You simply didnt care; didnt care to rectify the problem and didnt care about more than a decades long relationship. A total disappointment.

I highly recommend anyone who is in need of the equitment they specialize in. The most friendliest staff and Dr Eric is so awesome, great at what he does and makes sure to explain all thats needed to know. Very clean, decorated festively, the cute touches make a difference. Free parking or street parking.

The technician that took the castings for my sons orthotics was great. He was well informed, had a great patient demeanor, and was efficient. Unfortunately, that is the only staff member that is pleasant to deal with. It has taken three phone calls to get a status on the orthotics order. After each call I am told someone will call me back: I wait three days without any communication, and I call back. I am patient and polite, but I have been hung-up on, placed on hold for 15 minutes. The staff does not seem to know whats going on.

The staff here is very nice and respectful.
