What an amazing place to be involved in and pursue a fantastic career. Lots I can say about Telecom. Last Saturday I got promoted to management. I will be continuing to grow my business to open my own branch in Tampa Bay, FL with a team of 9. Hard work and dedication truly pays off and what a journey it has been over the past 7 months. Good times and tough times will be had guaranteed. Im coming out of this program with a vast amount of personal growth, incredible new relationships and as a business owner of a marketing firm with a fantastic client base. For everyone researching this company and thinking about applying, this is an entrepreneurial business. It does not work for close minded people.

I moved out from Texas to L.A. and I have been working with Telecom Consulting for a month now and I have never felt more comfortable with a company as I do here! The team work and diverse environment makes me feel like I am learning something new daily, and that Im not just clocking in for work anymore. I feel like there is a lot of room for promotions here, and Im currently training for a Project Management position! Management is extremely friendly and open to new ideas, and they feel more like a coworker than a boss. Im excited to see what other promotions I can work towards while Im here!

I have never loved working for a company more than I love working for Telecom Consulting. Its the most honest, rewarding, lucrative position Ive ever come across. Worked there not too long ago, had to leave due to personal reasons and when it was time to pick up my paycheck, I was told to come back later on Friday around 12 and when I came back the second time my check wasn’t there, everyone else check was there except mines. I was later informed to reach out to my team leader and for almost 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get my check and no one is all the sudden available. I had good things to say about this company but after the negligence, irresponsibility, and unprofessional manner, I would not recommend this place as a place of business to be employed. Communication skills are not there and they have a huge lack of moral ethics. I’m highly upset because I worked for a paycheck that I have failed to receive.

I currently work for Telecom Consulting. Ive worked here for the last 7 months. It is a lot of work but Ive found that by having an open mind and keeping my student mentality, I have been able to progress and move up in the company. I have phased into an administrative position and moved through the entry level training position. I am pleased with my progress and the training which has allowed me to rapidly grow within the company and has allowed me to train and develop others

It is true you will always pick the fruits of your labor. Working at Telecom Consulting has definitely been the opportunity of a lifetime. I have been working with the team for about 6 months, learned a lot, improved my business and entrepreneurial skills, and gathered some of the best memories whether in Texas during the National Conference, or in Atlanta and NYC during the holiday parties, and the best is yet to come. After countless hours of hard work and dedication, the whole team is expanding and off to start our new journey, so Florida be aware, we are ready and eager to take on the new challenge.

When they told me in the interview that it was for Frontier Communications, I was a little hesitant (cause of the problems that Frontier had switching & taking over Verizon) but GLAD I WENT!!!! It ended up being a fast pace opportunity to move up into a managerial roleWithin less than a year!! Its complicated emotions I loved this environment I lived and breath entrepreneurship one day of being sick and I was fired due to lack of communication I realized that having someone able to fire me from my road to success isnt for me since then Ive started my own e commerce and am currently working my way to scale upwards with it . I worked for Telecom for 6 months & was on Bronson s team (I know he’s going to open up his office in Whittier & I m proud of him), I really enjoyed the environment & the daily positivity!Go check their Program which offers an opportunity to run your own business with less than a year.........sad I had to go back overseas:(Missed it so much !!!!

They were very clear & straight on what the position was (Face to Face Marketing with the opportunity to be a Branch Manager ) with Frontier their clientOther interviews that I went to; transparency wasn’t there, so I really like that About TelecomPS:Team & staff very friendly & super professional

I was very Skeptical at the beginning when I applied for the Marketing Coordinator position,however I found out that their team was extremely professional & transparent on what the position would be & what my duties were.Overall, I had a positive experience working there.....Really liked the entrepreneurship program offered by the company!(Wished the hours were until 6pm & not 8pm as I have two kids to take care of)

They provide Certified Trainers to help when you’re new & an efficient Hands on Training.Well structured!!!!

Worst experience!! On telephone, they told me it would be in office position and my salary would be $45,000 working as a management trainee but when I reach to the office, the founder Alex told me it’s only door to door sales job and all commission based. Atleast, be honest with what you are saying!!

In our daily ventures in life. You’ll notice that there are times where you cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost.So in order to find success you’ll have to sacrifice quite a lot in order to achieve it.As change is always inevitable and you must adapt to it.The first time I entered this place I instantly knew what I must do even if hardships of life slapped me to give up. Opportunities come and go but rarely can you enter a place where you want to give it your all to strive to achieve the recognition you deserve.This place might be slightly to good to be true and will ask you a quite an unreasonable amount of time and dedication of your time but if you stick around long enough to take control of your life, have confidence, maintaining it all the way, and above all knowing your reasons WHY you’re doing it and where it shall proceed according to the path you have chosen to take.

I have worked here for almost 2 years and I can assure you we are not a pyramid scheme nor are we a Multi Level Marketing company, which is where the term pyramid scheme originates from. We are an ICD which is entirely different than an MLM (multi level marketing). We do apologize for the misunderstanding. This is a scam and all the people with the good reviews are the ones that are higher ups in this corrupt unmoralistic MLM scheme. I was only paid 175 dollars by Mr. Touati and I put over 70 hours of hard work and training. I keft the house at at 8 in the morning and didnt get back til almost 11 at night for a whole week and made only 175. That doesnt sound right but its the sad truth about scanless peoples and conpanies like this one that dont value basic human decency or posess morals of any kind. This is a sad example of the way human decency is going unfortunately.

Working with Telecom Consulting has Grown me so much as an individual .The mentorship, leadership development, the career & growth offered is huge!I opened up my own branch in the Oxnard area after 10 months of being in the management training program.
