I have had buffering problems from day one . They have tried to fix it there but nothing seems to help. Imagine trying to watch a movie and the screen goes black every 3-5 minutes and it takes 30 seconds to start again. If you only need computer internet with no streaming it might work for you but do not buy this for roku or other streaming service. BTW the help team is very patient but they cant fix a defective system

This is the absolute worst internet service I’ve ever had! I call constantly for them to check my modem and it’s always the same, “unplug you modem and wait a few minutes, then plug it back.” Or it’s “your internet speed is too slow, but I will reset your modem for you to make it faster.” Well, it sure as hell never works. Dial up was faster.

Didn’t want to give a one star...internet is horrible they tell you that you use your giggle bites up and service just start! phones never work with internet I always keep my WiFi off when I come in! HATE IT!!!

They are outrageously expensive they wint let you out of your plan the service is horrible and they limit your data to such a high degree that you cant even watch Netflix
