Extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience. First of all the driver was an hour late, then we had to go from Queens to Brooklyn to pick up another passenger when our appointment was in Manhattan and we were running late already. The driver played loud music filled with profanity not respectful of the elderly clients. I knew where the appointment was but the driver wanted to drop me off at the wrong address. After argument about this he finally listened to me and dropped us at the right place. On the way back, they told me it would be one hour wait but after almost two hours they said that the driver had “passed” the job, whatever that means, and it would take another 20 minutes. After 45 minutes we ended up taking a taxi back to the Rehab center in Queens. Never again.

They dont have no respect when u call u have to be ready to fight with them.they have no respect they yell at you. behind a phone and in front they speak very sweet.they are discustin transportation agency

This is by far THE WORST TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM EVER (Long beach, NY) !!!!! They made a family member miss his appointment TWICE! I know youd wonder why I gave them a second chance. I did because they promised to show up early and give me a discount for making him miss his first appointment. Well, its either their drivers are heartless and not caring or the entire management just dont know how to run a business. The first day, they show up 2 minutes to appointment time and the next day nobody showed up. The management didnt even care to pick up my call to clarify. The freaking entire management should go to seminars on how to run a freaking business. Your customers should ALWAYS come first. I better typing before I break my phone out of anger and disappointment. Never using them ever again. STAY AWAY!

I am severely handicapped and cannot stand or walk. I am in a rehab and I had a 2:15 PM doctors appointment. They showed up to take me at 2:05 PM and I was an hour late for my appointment because the driver didn’t even know where he was going and didn’t think to ask me. After dropping me off the driver left and when I called for a return drive The girl who answered the phone told me she wasn’t sure when they could come and get me because the drivers were on a tight schedule. Considering the fact that they weren’t on that tight a schedule when they came to get me to go to the doctor they should’ve been on the same non-tight schedule to pick me up. I’ve had it. I definitely do not refer this company to anyone, especially if you need to be somewhere on time.

I deal with TWCA almost every day for my patients it have some good drivers the driver who pick us up today at noon he refuse to help me with the patient up the ramp when I ask him to help me he said to me NO. and let the patient came out his wheel chair and walk up the ramp is like he dont care he is from HaitiI was also a driver with another company so I know when it come to my patients.

Its pathetic that 24 positive reviews and 5-Star Ratings have been posted IN JUST THE PAST WEEK! I suppose this company expects potential clients to be unaware of this deceptive social media practice that tries to deliberately mislead readers about their very poor service. Are we to believe that that spontaneous bombardment of stellar reviews is NOT from the company itself, or their agents? Please. Today, after we made a prepaid round trip reservation Lynbrook to RVC, they were MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE, and gave us numerous conflicting stories on the phone about what was going on. Mom was very late for her urgent doctor appointment and thank God they were still able to accommodate her. When we called for return trip (pre-reserved & pre-paid), we were told an hour wait. Drivers had wrong address; didnt use GPS, wouldnt accept our directions that we KNOW; sped around corners on two wheels; jammed on brakes at each stop, with our fragile Mom bouncing in her wheelchair. As unreliable and unprofessional as their service is, its even worse theyre investing effort to whitewash the truth, to mislead consumers, instead of investing that effort in personnel, equipment or training. Rating: ZERO stars; Buyer BEWARE!
