Looking for 1 duplicate screen.I had not walked in before I was not even acknowledged then the owner was rude and a had a don’t give a F… attitude.I left and went elsewhere. As I was leaving he said he did not care and to go elsewhere.If your not happy in the business you do then you should go elsewhere.Do not use this company.

Rude owner. Called to try and get a quote and he kept rushing me off the phone saying that he was closed. Why did you answer the phone if you were closed? And then told me that if i called back no one would answer the phone. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!

Ive used these guys about 6 times over the past 10 years and they are hands-down the best at fast window and door screen repair. No, they wont come to your house but do you REALLY want to wait two weeks for the mobile screen repair guys? I dont. I walk in with my screen and Im back out the door in 15 minutes.Ive even had them custom cut glass tops for some end tables once. Parking is easy and they work quick.

The tracks were worn out on my old windows so I had these guys come out and replace them. The job was done fast. The work was excellent! And they gave me a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars to this business I would but unfortunately 1 star is the least I can give. I called to get a window replaced for my business because the glass in the store front was recently vandalized and I explained to them that it was urgent. They asked me for measurements and pictures which I gave them right away. They quoted me a price, asked for the address and said they would go by to look at it that day. I waited all day without calling another company because they said they could do it. They never showed up so I called them in the evening and asked when they were stopping by. The guy said Sorry, my boss said were too busy so I asked if they were coming at another time or at all and the guys said you should probably look for somebody else. Really? They couldnt give me a call back to let me know that they werent coming at all? So I waited all day, told my employees to expect them and didnt call another company because they said they could do it. I was extremely upset and hung up on the guy. They just really dont care about customer service and now the front of our store is exposed because the glass is shattering more. Dont waste your time dealing with these people, youll be disappointed.

Just purchased a 7-bedroom house with 23 windows without screens. Called the company to set up an appt to get an estimate, which they apparently dont do.Of the 23 windows, there are 6 different sizes and styles of windows involved, so it is not an uncomplicated job and I am sure it is not going to be cheap. I tried to give the guy the measurements and types of the windows, but he continually interrupted me in a belligerent way telling me that my information was incorrect (it isnt).He was so difficult to work with, even on the phone, that I gave up and called a different company (who has already made an appointment to come out and measure themselves).I truly dont know how this place will stay in business with this level of customer service.
