We rented a small office in this executive workspace for two years. We had an extremely positive experience. The staff are professional, responsive, and provide excellent customer support. Its nice to have a private office with shared kitchen space and there was a sense of community here. Highly recommend!

While our main office was being remodeled, a few employees were put into offsite space here at WorkSpaces in Long Beach. When the time came to go back to our regular office, none of us wanted to leave!The atmosphere here is very friendly, yet still professional and quiet. There are great communal spaces and the staff is efficient and helpful. The location is fantastic for great and diverse lunch places, lots and lots of options.Highly recommend.

In late December of 2016, I had the pleasure of meeting Lily and took a tour of the soon-to-be Workspaces facility on the 8th floor of 1 World Trade Center in Long Beach, CA.When Lily showed me the space it was nothing but an empty shell. No walls, no carpet and a skeletal ceiling. Lily was extraordinary in stimulating my imagination of what was to come. She knew the layout well, she let me know when we were in what was to become the kitchen and what eventually would become the office I chose.The office was priced very appropriately, the amenities offered were above standard. After looking for office space for nearly four months, I said yes.After moving in, everything was like she described AND MORE. I love the layout, the atmosphere, the kitchen, the conference rooms and the beautiful contemporary artwork in the lobby. My office-mate and I are in tax & financial planning, we constantly bring clients into our office for meetings. Everyone of them has walked off the elevator and exclaimed “WOW!”Thank you Lily and thank you Workspaces for providing such a wonderful environment for us and our clients.If you are considering shared office space, I highly recommend Workspaces!
