Absolute 5-star experience!! We had a very complicated transaction involving a two loans closing at the same time, a For Sale By Owner, multiple title transfers, a buyout, etc. I started working with other lenders and their escrow officers, but it was clear that the others did not know how to handle the transaction, which gave me very little confidence they could close the deal.Kelly was referred to us by a friend, and from the first conversation, it was very clear that Kelly knew exactly what needed to be done to close this complicated transaction.
