Haven’t use the service but I called just now to get an estimate on a repair on my computer. Even though they were not able to do it, they gave me some good insight and tips. I will definitely give my business to this location when I need something

The gentleman here are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly towards their customers. They got my custom rig set up perfectly and even made the wiring practically invisible. Now it runs better than ever thanks to these guys.

Brought my Macbook Air in because it was because I had dropped it and it was operating incredibly slow. Fabel was incredibly honest with me when it came to assessing my computer. They diagnosed my computer and told me that it was not really worth it to due any repairs, since the computer isnt worth a ton. So nice to go somewhere and not feel like someone is trying to upsell me or pressure me into spending too much. Would highly recommend if you are looking for honest computer repair place. It did take a little longer than expected to diagnose the computer, but if you let them know you need it sooner, they are more than happy to make it work.

Brought my micro sd card to this place and they werent very sure they would be able to fix the issue, they were very optimistic about it though, they said it would be a few days to weeks but after about 2 days they called me up and said that everything I needed was pretty much done and ready to go, absolutely great customer service and even better service with the item. 10/10 absolutely recommend them!

Went to the store with my HP Z420 and a Samsung 2 TB SSD. i wanted a Win 10 upgrade from Win 7 and an HD upgrade from my old roughly 250 GB HDD to the 2 TB SDD, I was providing. I made it clear that I did not want to reinstall all my programs or files. I was told that it would take a magic bullet to do what I was asking for, except the MS 7 to MS 10 upgrade could be done on the existing license. The best that could be done for what I wanted would be at 250 GB on my 2 TB SSD, the rest unusable, a slave drive configuration, or manually reinstall all the operating software into the 2 TB drive. Needless to say, I left the store.This was the wrong thing to say to a retired aerospace engineer, who has solved even more challenging problems than this one. Magic bullet.......not a problem. A short internet search revealed the most recommended solution was to use Samsung Data Migration Software (free on the website). I struggled with it, striking out at 95% complete several times. I then went and defragged my C Drive through 9 passes in Win 7 (Took 4 hours!). Then Win 7 read 0% fragmented. I then retried Samsung Data Migration Software. It ran without a glitch and shut down my HP Z420 PC. I then took the PC to the bench where I pulled the HDD that been copied and inserted the cloned SDD in its place. Did not have to mess with BIOS, it worked perfect on power with the usual display tweaks required. Win 10 came free as well from the MS Download sight.I have a very low opinion of the technical knowledge of these people.

Highly highly recommend Quick Fix for all of your computer needs. Noticed my trackpad was rising in my Razer computer (found out it was a swollen battery) and needed the battery replaced.Really didnt want to ship it to Razer, as their privacy policy states that they will reset the entire computer, and I would then lose all my data.However, came to Quick Fix and they said they could replace the battery, and it ended up being even cheaper than Razers quote, and no reset required. Computer works flawlessly now and I still have all of my data (which includes roughly 4 years worth - 500gb to be exact - of music projects).Alan and Josh are extremely professional, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I could not have had a more pleasant experience with Quick Fix. Thanks again!

I had such a great experience here! Two of our laptops went out within days of each other (one PC and one Mac) and right at the beginning of the Stay Home order. I took both in to Geek Squad where I was told they were done. I tried Quick Fix after reading reviews and they fixed my husband’s within two days and I was able to buy a new Mac AC adapter to fix mine. Prices were reasonable and the employees were very helpful, polite, and eager to help. I highly recommend this place.

This review is for Allen. He was very friendly and professional. After diagnosing my laptop, he determined that it had a faulty HD. He called to see if I wanted to install a new HD, but allowed me to recover my files first. He could’ve easily charged me for the work he did, but didn’t. His integrity is why I’ll definitely be bringing my computers here from now on.

Excellent service. My Macbook Air stopped charging and Apple quoted me around $800 to fix. I walked into Quick Fix completely desperate as I was not able to afford nearly $1k in repair costs. The staff was so understanding and did not try to take advantage of my desperation. I cannot emphasize how honest and professional this company is.They took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what steps they were taking to fix my laptop. I called Allan numerous times to check in on my laptop because I was worried there might be an issue, and each time he was so patient and professional. As a web professional and digital illustrator I depend on my custom built workstation 7 days a week.2 weeks ago my motherboard took a major dump. No power. My workstation is 8 years old and besides running Windows 10, has been extremely reliable. I took the CPU to Quick Fix and they diagnosed the problem, a component on my MSI motherboard.So, instead of having to purchase a new motherboard, ram, processor and water cooling system the technician was able to replace the component.Because of Quick Fixs excellent team I am up-and-running for a minimal cost.Quick Fix is an excellent resource for computer repairs and I would highly recommend using their service. They do not try and up-sell you on unnecessary parts or labor costs, are very friendly and truly understand the importance of good customer communication and technical support .

OMG... Attacked & Hacked...My network and all my devices got compromised. Yes I had to do an extensive fix to all of my accounts online my password resets. Exchange my modem & router.It was recommended to go get my laptop wiped and cleaned by my Internet service provider. So i could exchange my equipment out to be able to have a secure network.I found this place via google search.So i gave them a call to explain my issue that I needed resolved.They were very professional and was able to solve my issue with my device in a very short time.The repair took less than a few hours.I can say they were very quick to fix it for me. There was a few work orders ahead of me.They were nice enough to fix my device same day.They understood my need to a quick fix. So they made it happen.They notified me to let me know my device was ready for pick up.The cost of service was reasonable for the repair needed. I was very thankful for how fast they solved my issue and I left feeling very confident in their services.I recommend this place to anyone who has been Cyber Attacked, Hacked, or just need to fix or upgrade your operating system for better use of your devices.They know what they are doing and wont let you down. This is the place I will be going back to if anything ever happens again to my devices.

. Ive been taking my computers to Quick Fix for the last four years. These guys are the best. I own a small business and my computer is so important to my daily operations. They always fix it on time or ahead of schedule. They are friendly and courteous, and always take the time to explain the work. I highly recommend them.

Took my computer in because it would not boot up. They explained what my options would be to repair the mother board and gave me exact prices. Upon doing a complete diagnosis of the hard drive they found additional problems with the hard drive and told me what the cost would be. They then recommended not repairing the computer since for a few hundred more I could buy a new cheap tower. They recommended just pulling the data from the old computer and putting it into a external drive that I could access or load onto my laptop. Job was done on time and at the quoted price. I would highly recommend taking your computers here for service.

Outstanding in every way. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place and when I saw their sign saying free diagnostic it confirmed it. For something like this, usually free means quick and superficial but not in this case. They spent a lot of time with me with my PC hooked up and describing in detail the problems I was having.The other shops I looked into were all about a week out to get my machine back which wasnt an option for me. I paid the $25 extra to have them get to it within 48 hours. My particular issue was rather complex and it took a long time to find out what the problem was but not because of them; they had 3 or four techs working on it for hours. Usually at this point, a business would want to upcharge you because of all the extra time but not Quick Fix. You pay the reasonable repair fee and they keep at it until it was done.Quick Fix looks and feels professional. When Ash the owner is there, which is frequently, he is absolutely on it making sure everything is being attended to properly; definitely hands-on ownership. I worked primarily with Alan and Antonio and both were particularly personable and helpful. Fair prices, good work, quick service, professional environment, nice people; whats not to like or recommend?

After finding them online, I took my laptop in, they gave me a price and told me when it would be ready. It was fixed for the price quoted and cheaper than anywhere else. My iMac 27” computer needed a new motherboard. I went to the Apple store to find that they were going to charge me over $1800.00 for the repair. I then call around to find that most places were going to charge me from $1000 - $1250 for the same repair. After reading some reviews, I decided to call Quick Fix Computer services at 1827 Redondo Ave., Long Beach, CA 90803I spoke to Ash whom I later found was the owner. Ash quoted me a price of only $500.00, parts and service. I really had my doubts, however I dropped of the computer and waiting for a few days for them to get to it, as we had agreed. The technician called me back some days later to confirm that the motherboard needed to be replaced and said that it would be just under $900.00. I informed him that somebody by the name of Ash quoted me $500.00 parts and labor. The technician politely put me on hold, talked to Ash, then came back to me and said that the motherboard was much more expensive than he thought, however they would stand behind their quote. It is at that time I found out the Ash was the owner.The bottom line was, every person I talked to was polite and competent. The service was great and on time. And they stand behind what they say and do. I will recommend them to anybody at an A+ rating.

Awesome service just F***ing awesome! My work laptop would not turn on and since I own my own business that basically means Im screwed. I dropped it off at 9:00 Monday morning and explained to Alan how badly I needed it taken care of as quick as possible. He offered me next day service and called me back Tuesday morning at 9:00 saying there was a short in the motherboard and that it will be done in 30 minutes!!! Diagnostics, repair, and next day service came out to $159!!!! Diagnostics alone at best buy is $99. These guys are no joke. I will definitely only be doing businesses here. Thank you Alan.

These guys are the best. They get the job done right and their prices are more then fair. I still go to them even though I no longer live in LB and its a 40min drive to their shop now. I tried researching places close to me and honestly they all sounded sketchy so Im sticking with these guys, whom I trust completely. The two bad reviews on here are obviously bogus--that first guys mother must have gone to some other shop, because these guys would never charge $200 just to take some files off a disk. They have saved my computer from the brink of disaster many times and its never cost more than $125.

Pros:-Professional, friendly staff-Free diagnosis-When I called for updates on my laptops diagnosis they were informative about what they had done, what they were doing, and what they were planning on doing, along with what the problem could be/couldnt be.Cons:Lack of communication- my diagnosis was supposed to only take 4 days, and they were supposed to contact me by then to give me an update. The diagnosis kept getting pushed back (which I didnt mind as they inspected basically every component of my computer trying to figure out what was wrong) by a couple days and I had to keep calling for updates the day after they said theyd call me, but when I did call they always picked up and gave me any info I asked for so it wasnt much of an inconvenience. They also did call me when it was ready for pick up.Overall infinitely better than Geek Squad, which Im 85% sure is responsible for breaking my laptop in the first place.

Before consulting me, my mom went to Quick Fix asking them to recover photos from a reformatted SD card. They asked for 200 dollars and even more depending on the amount of photos on the card. My mom thought this was an outrageous price and refused. She then came to me. It took me less than 5 minutes of googling to find a FREE open-source software that recovered every photo on the card. These scam artists were going to charge my mom hundreds of dollars for what took me 5 minutes of work.If you are not tech-savvy, do not come here as they will rip you off.On top of everything, my mom physically walked in with the SD card. She said she spoke to an Armenian looking guy. He stated that 200 would be the minimum and it would only go up in price depending on how many photos.

My PC was running like an absolute PigDog, so I took it to quick fix after I checked out the other reviews online. I am soooo pleased with the result! It is now running like a new computer after they changed my Graphics card. The price was affordable the service was quick and I wasnt slung with an outrageous bill like some places! Highly recommend!

Took my laptop to get a new screen, they said thatll they fix within a week and give me a call, after 10 days of waiting and never receving a call from them i called and they said theyre waiting for the vendors to get the part for them. Me being a reasonable person agreed to let them have my laptop for awhile more until they fixed it, i waited 3 months never recieved any calls from them this entire time and when i checked to get my laptop they still couldnt get the part for my laptop. A complete waste of time at least they shouldve kept me updated. 0/5 wouldnt reccommend.

My Imac is running a bit slow and it is getting hot so I figured that it was time for somebody that has some experience with Macs to take a look at it.I found Quick Fix on Yelp and they said that they would check it out for free and then call with recommendations. I thought that was a pretty cool approach since most places charge you like $75 just to crack the case open.I brought my computer down there which was about a 10 minute drive and dropped it off. I was greeted by Alan who was very nice and told him that my computer was running slow and hot. I have an Imac so the computer and monitor are one. He ran his hand under the monitor and some dog hair came off. At that point he took an educated guess that the hair was the problem but he would let me know for sureI was told that it would take 2-4 business days and on day 3 I got a call back saying that the diagnostics checked out but it was filthy inside and they recommended a thorough cleaning which costed me $35. That seemed reasonable and I just wanted to get back to work on my computer.so I brought it home and it wouldnt boot and all it did was beep at me. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed and they guy on the phone was trying to be helpful but he was not a Mac person and Alan was out to lunch. He told me Alan would call in an hour.About 50 minutes goes by and Alan calls. He said he thought he knew what the problem was and asked if it was cool if he stopped by.What????? No bring it down but come make a house call? Hell Yes I said!!Alan comes by with screwdriver in hand and said that the ram might not be seated in there properly. He unscrewed it, did something and walla it was done and Alan was out the door.People this is what customer service is all about. Taking somebody that is slightly frustrated and hopping in the car and making the drive over to fix the issue. I am now a customer for life!When you go in ask for Alan. He is a true rockstar!
