The service and price were both excellent. I called to have a new solid state drive installed in my laptop that Id purchased separately. Enrique quoted me by far the best price in town (almost 50% less than all the others) and was able to do the job in half the time (half day instead of 1-2 days that others said). He and his colleague Maria were both very friendly, communicated with me throughout the day to give me status updates, and even kept the store open a bit longer than normal hours so I could pick it up after they were done. When I arrived, he walked me through the upgrade, confirmed to me my new solid state drive capacity, restarted my computer to show everything worked properly, and also gave my original solid state drive back in safe packaging. I couldnt ask for better service.

Couple things. First off when you go inside this place the first thing you think is that it needs cleaned and organized. Second thing is that when packages are delivered there and you call usually after the store closes the person will deliver the package to you for a small fee. The problem with this is that they tell you they’re doing this they have the address they get your phone number they tell you how much it’s gonna cost and then they just don’t do it. I happen to be one of those people that when I say I’m gonna do something I do it. So I tend to expect the same from other people especially businesses they’re charging me for something. They have a habit of telling people they will do things that they’re not gonna do

Love this guys, the attention here is perfect. Brought my laptop computer for a nasty virus removal.Enrique had my computer repair in a couple of hours for a very affordable price. I really spend time know about their business and can honestly say their are top computer shop here in long beach. A family atmosphere.

This place has disgusting customer service. As another reviewer said, they do not follow their service hours and just open when they please. The place is dirty inside, and you may have to go in and wait for ages for the lady to come to help you - if she’s even there. I wish amazon would stop using this as a package collection place. They are the absolute worst!

It is starting to look good and has a great vibe to it.

This place is a mess. I havent done any normal business with them but my packages get delivered here when UPS cant get into my complex and they have no type of inventory management with packages. Also what kind of computer repair business would set up with huge sinks? The hell.

In the sign it says they open at 10:00 am but every time I go they end up opening at 10:40 or more later if you want to be lazy and wake up more late at least put 11:00 or 12:00 if you dont want people complaining outside

I liked the work that he did with my sons game computer and it was much cheaper, nor in Best Buy, which are more professional, they fixed the problem and charged us a lot ... I recommend this place very well priced and I Better fix even difficult things on your device! In addition to good service, very good attitude
