Despite my best efforts to come to a reasonable solution with a company that sold us a faulty item and then denied to refund us, the company wasn’t cooperating, therefore, I reached out to BCA. They literally helped me get my refund and resolve the issue in a matter of days. We are now getting a refund check by the company this week! Thank you guys so much!

I went to Business Consumer Alliance to help me with a Business Dispute with a Company named Mercari, I had been trying to resolve the issue I was having for sometime without any luck, So i emailed Business Consumer Alliance, submitted all my information, the companies address and a explanation of the issue. And as soon as they made contact with one of Mercaris Companys Representative, The Company immediately reached out to me and began trying to resolve the issue. Long Story short, My Issue was resolved Thanks to Business Consumer Alliance, without them we as consumer would probably would either continue to just get ignored or have to spend thousands of dollars in Lawsuits to get issues heard by Companies that we do business with that sometimes go wrong. So all I want to say is, Thank you for all your help, without your help, I would still be waiting for that phone call from Mercari.
